Rims are amazing, customer service best online buying experience ever as they answered all my questions and offered suggestions as I was not to knowledgeable in rim sizes/bolt patterns/ and and offsets. If I ever need another set of wheels I will be coming back to these guys hands down!!!

Dustin helped me with sizes and ordered them over the phone-very helpful and knowledgeable too not to mention my wheels were $120 cheaper than I found elsewhere online. Do yourself a favor and give Custom Automotive a try-you won't be disappointed-fast delivery on my wheels too with free shipping, somehow 5 stars doesn't seem to be enough. I had been searching for the right wheels for my truck for weeks. Somehow I kept missing clicking on CUSTOM AUTOMOTIVE ONLINE I guess, because when I did I was blown away at how easy it was to navigate their website. A lot of websites are really "ate up" if you know what I mean! And It took me practically no time to find the wheels that I had been looking at on those other less friendly websites. Plus to my astonishment they were a lower price than I had seen anywhere else. Even free shipping for gosh sakes. I had to actually call them (on a Saturday no less) to make sure that what I was seeing was true. I am one happy camper!

Loved buying my tire and rim package from these guys. I did it all over the phone and through emails. They where very helpful getting me the right fit for my vehicle. The custom camo job they did on the rims looks great, plus free shipping.

Did a lot of research before choosing custom auto. Dustin called immediately after I placed my order to give me a run down of how the wheels would show up and how to install them right on my truck. Shipping was quick and the wheels were packaged well and arrived with no damage. Free shipping was a plus. everything was ready to install. Five star service and quality. I went to price wheels and tires at a couple of local retail establishments.
They were over a thousand dollars higher.I Knew the set up I wanted to go with and one retailer didn't even want to mount the tire and rim set up I wanted to go with.I found Custom Automotive online.They had the tire and the wheel brand I wanted.They did not show the specific wheel I wanted so I called them up.They told me they could get the wheel I wanted.They gave me a price and that was the price.Which was significantly cheaper.I have managed a few retail establishments and I will tell you, this is true customer service that I have received.I dealt with Dustin on this short transaction and felt like I have a long lost brother.I will be a life long customer of this establishment.He kept me up to date on the process,sent me pics when my tires and rims were born lol,Told me what to look for when they arrived.Dustin as always you the man!.Just to let you know the level of my satisfaction, I have never done a online review out of all the years I have bought things online.

I searched for rims locally and online all day I took off of work and Dustin and his team helped me tremendously gave me knowledge of the offset and what it means and set me up with the right package and tires I was very impressed with their professionalism I've never had an experience like this buying something they guys were top notch I'm leaving a review before I even got my product because I know how good they are and I'm 47 years old and I have never left a review before these guys really stand out from the rest and their prices are outstanding thank you again for my wheels

After getting a quote at a local aftermarket retailer I decided to shop around online for more options. I stumbled upon custom automotive by chance and the price they had on the exact wheel and tire package I wanted was $1000 less than the quote I got, including everything needed to install. After reading all the positive reviews I decided to take the chance and pulled the trigger, and boy am I glad I did. Dustin managed to put to rest any hesitation I had about making such a large purchase online. He responded immediately, during the weekend, to my purchase inquiry and was there for any questions I had. By far the best customer service I have dealt with online, do not hesitate to buy your next set of wheels and/or tires from Custom Automotive Online!

I've just gotta say this is a great place to deal with and highly recommend them!! I dealt with Dustin who went out of his way to try and get me a set of wheels. It didn't work out not due to Dustin, but the wheels were on backorder and the set he try to get me were already spoken for before even getting to warehouse. Dustin is extremely helpful. Their prices are competitive and the shipping is free. And in my case, the items I order are here the next day. In my opinion this is the best place to buy aftermarket rims no matter where you live in the US.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase from these guys, one call with Dustin and his knowledge about what I needed and could fit on my truck was all I needed to reassure myself for buying from across the country.
