The quality of the embroidery was not great. With the price per hat I was expecting quality embroidery for the hat. The surprise hat was also not great as it appears to have defect and the embroidery deformed it. It is really u fortunate as I was hoping to order more but based on what received will not be doing so. I wish there was a way to return it.

Easy process and great results

Experience was great. They reached out with design proposal before putting into production and everything turned out the way it showed. Excellent quality and fast shipping.

Priced more expensively than other companies that do custom merchandise and the quality was poorer.

Great service, always on top of things, timing overall was great as well. Sorry no pictures but the whole team loved their shirts and hats. Very nice quality for both as well

This was the second time I used Custom Caps. The first item was an embroidered logo. The second one was a screened logo.
The quality of the items for exceeded my expectations. Both items were delivered in a timely matter. I will definitely look to them again in the future for all my embroidery needs.

The customer service was on point and they answered every question I had very quickly and politely. My order was completed faster than expected and arrived twice as fast as expected. I couldn't say enough good things about this company! No set up fee! 😱

Faulty product and poor customer relations!

I was delighted with the cap when I received it, but after a few weeks of normal wear, it began to discolour in blotches. When I contacted the company, they responded that the “VC300s are low-price/quality hats that may not prove very durable in the long run”, and there was nothing they could do. “We can't guarantee the quality of any hats as they are manufactured by popular brands across North America and not by us.”

When I escalated the issue, the owner of the company concluded “It's clear that it's been subject to extraordinary use, as that isn't what hats look like after normal wear.”

Knowing that this cap had NOT been subject to any ‘extraordinary use’, I tried to make my case, but the owner continued to accuse me of ‘extraordinary use’. I was quite insulted by the lack of trust and understanding.

They did offer me a refund or a replacement of an alternate cap at a 60% discount and I pay for shipping. While I would have liked a replacement cap, I chose not to do further business with them and took the refund.

I would have submitted before and after photos if this website permitted. In fact, I submitted photos to Custom Caps.

The fact that I got a full refund moved me to give 2 stars instead of 1.

I had an error with a purchase of 20 caps where the patches were not clocked the right way and they were quick to resolve the issue and sent me 20 new caps right away! my only conplaint was that none of the patches were placed the same and some are off centered slightly. nothing th at anyone would notice
