I will like to leave this excellent review as recently I have joined and finished the TM Refresher course with Wayne at Customer 1st.

First of I would like to say thank you 🙏🏻 as the course was much needed to remain 100%up to date with the current regulations and to be future qualified as a TM for next couple years.

The course itself it was very well build and the way how Wayne delivered it was amazing.

I would definitely recommend to anyone who is needed or willing to take the course.

I would like to add that the trainers had a great knowledge of the industry being ex Operator and current TM and You cannot compare with other companies who offering the same service but they have no knowledge at all.

I hade few interesting question and all has been answered with references from the actual legislation or gov.com

Usually, I do not leave reviews on services but this training was above and beyond.
So well worth my time to leave this message whoever wants to join the course.

Training was delivered very well with instructions and information being provided, not only from Wayne the course leader, he was also able to draw from other sources during the course to answer questions with confidence.

This is a course that Transport Managers or O Licence holders, in the transport industry are required to take - Wayne was the lucky man who ran this course and did his job very well, he was able to keep everyone focused and interested, giving us all challenges and vital information during the 2 day course.
