Online, (based on the Trustpilot rating), I set up an appointment for a 'local' representative of this firm to visit my home, only to get a text (not even a phone call?) saying they 'don't cover my area'.
Why doesn't this company/Trustpilot make clear (from the start) what areas it covers and doesn't? That its NOT a UK-wide company and stop wasting consumers' time! This also raises questions about the Trustpilot rating, since such a situation means it maybe easier to get a good rating in a limited geographic area than to provide a full NATIONAL service.

I'm delighted with the item, and the installer did an outstanding job.

I found the telephone Communication service exceptional, being over 70 years with numerous disabilities (Hidden), I appreciated, their patience & Empathy, the, Home Visit, by their Fitter was excellent
