Shame they let us down
This company are usually brilliant and I'm glad I switched to them to service my boiler. However we were left without any heating for five days at the end of last Winter. I understand it was partly over a bank holiday but still wasn't good for two people with severe health issues.

Booking did not go through so we wasted…
Booking did not go through so we wasted a day off. Could not pay online with car as that wasn't working and now boiler is not working. Waiting on a call back to walk us through fixing it but not heard 😕 Not very good really as we can't be at home with the boiler all day Waiting for call. Been with these for years and now they have gone national the little customers dont matter.
