es tut mir leid, dass Sie mit den Rücksendekosten unzufrieden sind.
Wir bieten vorgefertigte Rücksendeetiketten an, damit die Rücksendung möglichst einfach und kostengünstig bleibt. Die Kosten von 16 EUR liegen im normalen Bereich für eine internationale Rücksendung und sind in unseren Rücksendeinformationen angegeben.
Sie können die Ware selbstverständlich auch selbst zurücksenden, dies ist jedoch in der Regel teurer.

Bad return policy
I returned a set of risers in good condition, yet they refused my refund claiming the parts had scratches upon arrival. The risers did not have scratches when they left my possession.
As a result, I am now out €350 and stuck with risers I do not want. Very disappointing experience and highly frustrating way to treat customers.
Extremely disappointing experience. I will never order from this company again and cannot recommend them to others.

We stand by our decision here.
The risers were returned with clear signs of use and scratches, which does not meet our return policy requiring items to be in like new condition. This was documented with photos and shared with you.
Because of this, the return could not be accepted. We still covered the cost of shipping the items back to you.
We understand you’re disappointed, but we apply the same policy consistently to all customers.

No Approval for legal street use.
I received a pair of shock absorbers without TüV approval, which was included in the item description. I contacted the seller asking for a certificate, i got back a general response and no resolution so far. Probably the part are too authentic for having an approval.
