Experience with customloveshop.store – Issues with Refund

I placed an order with customloveshop.store and submitted a timely withdrawal (cancellation).
Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller, I did not receive a full refund and was only offered partial refunds (50% and later 70%).
No clear return address was provided, and the seller eventually stopped responding.
Other customers have also reported delayed deliveries and lack of communication.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller.

UPDATE:
After my original review, the company responded with a message apologizing and asking me to contact them via email to resolve the issue.
I did exactly that and provided all the requested details. However, after reviewing my case, I was simply told that nothing could be done.
This is extremely disappointing, as their public response suggested they wanted to find a solution, but in reality, no help was offered.
I would advise others to be cautious, as the customer service response appears helpful at first but does not actually lead to a resolution.

Horrible customer service

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!
We ordered from them a piece of jewelry that was supposed to be given as a special gift. What we received was nothing like the pics in their website. very cheap piece, even the boxing was not the same.

when I contacted their costumer service, they suggested to give us only 20% of our money back even though the product was NOTHING like what we ordered. When I asked again to ship it back and receive a full refund they stopped answering my emails.
This store is a scam !!!

Scam company

I ordered several items from the website and only received some of the items much later than I was supposed to being that I paid extra for expedited shipping. I contacted the company several times through email and only got a response once saying they apologize for the delay but their working on it. After receiving the order I realize they charged me for two sweatshirts and only sent one. I emailed for a refund and got no response as of yet this was last year at Christmas. I do not recommend anyone order anything from this company. And the quality of the product was cheap and not worth what I paid.

After 5 months still no product

Did not receive and no communication

Placed an order on 11/17. Have yet to get an update or response from them. I have sent two emails requesting an update. I doubt I will get the order, but im giving until the end of this week before I dispute the charges with my bank.

I have not received my order, and now feel uncomfortable with the personal pictures they have received to print on the item.
They have stoped responding to my mails, so I doubt I will receive any of my money back either.

Bought an embroidered sweater, but I doubt I'll ever receive it

Customer Service is terrible. 24 hrs? more like 1 hour per day

and there's no phone number.

This company likely just paid google to be sponsored and have their ads thrown in our face. Probably because they couldn't get to the top of the page with the level of services they "provide"

I ordered an embroidered sweater earlier this month and it's well past the "... 5-10 days to the intricate handcrafting of your creation, meticulously attending to each detail to achieve flawless finishes..."

I ordered my sweater on October 6th, tracking still shows "partially ready" as if NO PROGRESS HAS BEEN MADE.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LIKELY A SCAM. If they aren't a scam, then they're just bad at their jobs and do you really want to be giving a company like that your hard earned money?

I certainly am never buying from this storefront again, and will spread the word of their predatory business practices.

This is a scam!!! I paid $90 for a blanket. It took a month to get it and the quality was awful! I couldn't even see our picture. I contacted their "customer service" and have never heard back. Don't shop here!!!!!

I ordered a glitter rose bouquet for my wife for our anniversary and even though it took a long time to arrive I wasn't upset. But then when it came it was just some roses in a box that I had to assemble myself with absolutely no instructions on how to do it, and now I have know idea why it would take over 3 weeks to get to me. I was grossly disappointed in my purchase. I could have just ordered a regular bouquet of flowers and had them delivered on time for our anniversary. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this website. It wouldn't have been so bad if they at least gave me instructions on how to wrap the bouquet but now I have to figure out how to wrap this and give to my wife. If I could have given 0 stars I would have but I had to give at least 1.

scam website

This seems to be a scam website. I ordered something for Father's Day and never received an email confirmation and when I went back on to inquire with customer service and send another email, I also never received any response, but they took my money of course. Scam.

They could have wrapped it in gift wrap but I got it the day before Father's Day.
