I have to brag on Custom Magnets Direct and specifically Taylor Garr. I was assigned the task of designing/ordering 1,000 magnets for our church members. After shopping around, I decided to give Custom Magnets Direct a try due to their competitive pricing and user friendly website. Once I had entered my information, one of the company representatives, Taylor Garr reached out almost immediately to offer assistance. Taylor was super helpful in walking me through the process as well as answering all my questions. The magnets were completed and shipped super fast. The quality of the magnets is excellent and they match perfectly as described and seen on the website. Once our staff met and talked about our order, we decided to order an additional 1,000 magnets of a different shape, design and size so that our members would have options as to how to use them. I reached back out to Taylor looking for advice as to what we were wanting to accomplish. She quickly responded and made it all happen with ease. We are now looking forward to our second order to come in from Custom Magnets Direct. Custom Magnets Direct will absolutely have our business in the future due to their excellent quality of products as well as competitive pricing. I ordered magnets to go with a promotion I was doing. They arrived late, and were terribly printed. The logo went off the magnet on the majority of them. The "best" ones were totally off center. I called immediately and they asked to send photos. I did that a week ago. Today they told me it would be a week, and they haven't even gone back into production. In my opinion, if you screw up someone's order as badly as they did, you put them at the top of the queue and overnight the new product. I'll never do business with them again; people are waiting for this product and I guess they get to just keep waiting. So disappointing.

Custom Magnets Direct rocks!!! They were incredibly patient as I tweaked my proof till it was perfect, then I received the finished magnets less than a week later. And they look great--the colors are super vibrant and glossy. I also love that the magnets are made out of recycled materials.
