Custom Pens was wonderful to work with. They just grabbed my order and ran. They moved so fast I could not believe it. They gave me several options within 24hours and they were very detailed and helpful in helping me make a decision about my lapel pens. Once I made the approval-they had the product shipped out and sent me a tracking number to quick-seriously, they are NO JOKE fast. Morry managed my project through the end then once i received the pens, Morry followed up to see if I liked them. Wonderful customer service.
