The design team was very prompt and took my suggestions and changed my design to meet my requests very quickly. I was unsure what type of patch would best suit my needs, and Lilian was happy to give recommendations on what would be best and the rationale for why. Lilian's communication throughout process was also very good. Delivery was faster than stated. When I received the custom patches today, I was very very impressed by the quality. I've done several orders with Vivi and we worked thru the design issues that resulted in a very nice product.

Communications can be a bit confusing with both emails and text arrive and sometimes overlap;ing.

Will be my go to company for the stuff the do.
