Looked at the disc /record frame, when you could add your own pic and song to it.
First time I had ordered from the company and I couldn’t find details if they were okay/legit or not.
Anyway for the price I decided to go for it. Ten days later my order came through , I had updated details all the way through with the tracking details from them so that I could check myself at any time seeing where my item was up too.
I opened my item and wow was so happy and it played the exact song I had requested, plus the song was crystal clear and the best bit, I can re charge the item through a ‘C’ cable ( like on an iphone)
The song photo frame is a present for my mum, so was so, so happy that it was absolutely perfect.
The correspondence was spot on when I emailed them too.
So yes, I would most definitely recommend this firm. I hope you have as much luck with them should you order from them .

The photo on the wallet are accurate just as the picture you upload. I think these gifts are sweet and enduring ways to show love and care to the ones who deserve it ❤️.

I had a print done, it arrived folded, crumpled and on poor quality paper in a plastic satchel. Completely unusable.

Quality product and great customer service.

Great customer service from start to finish and my husband is thrilled with the photo cube. The team proactively reached out to me as I uploaded photos that would be distorted upon production- they made it super simple to update and were great at keeping in touch and replying to emails.

I ordered 3 items. 2 arrived (1 broken) but the main most expensive item didn't. After 8 weeks of back and forth emailing despite having evidence of order and payment the sales team are denying I purchased the 40USD item and that it was just a stock photo. The sales teams emails are very condescending and dismissive despite the obvious evidence

AVOID!!

I ordered a non personalised stock item (in stock), received an email a week later informing me the item is no longer in stock and would I be willing to wait? I replied no, to which I got an automated response saying my order will be with me as soon as back in stock. This went on, 16 emails later and I've had to claim the money back from my bank. They were also going to charge me "a 30% restocking fee based on the item's price will be charged because the item is personalized and cannot be sold as new'!!

BE AWARE!!!

I ordered my item on the 7th December aware of 7-10 days until product arrives.
I’ve had no email to confirm any tracking number
I’ve not been told an expected date
And I had to pay £8 for the 7-10 business days.
I asked for the order to be cancelled and they have now emailed saying my order has been dispatched and will take ANOTHER 7-10 days to arrive

Still no product
Disappointing

One of the best companies to deal with they get back to u straight away and very helpful there work looks amazing I’m so excited to see the outcome of the wallets definitely be getting more 😊

My item still hasn’t turned up I paid for first class. Delivery was very expensive so I want my money back for that I’m very unhappy with the service totally not on

Waste of money. Ordered the knitted character for our 7th wedding anniversary (wool for 7 years) for fun. Disappointed. Way overpriced. Big ears , wrong hair style and black eyes!! Looks more like a voodoo doll but at least my wife will have a good laugh over it! Wasn’t holding the bouquet either like I sent in the picture. Maybe I should have checked they would include this first. Defo waste of money
