I loved my pins I ordered from here! They use AI generated images on the site which can be off putting but I’ve used custompins.ca for 2 years now and they always deliver high quality pins. I was very impressed how fast they got my order to me, I received my pins in about half the time I expected? Amber was my sales associate and was professional, quick to respond to my questions, and was incredibly kind! I cannot recommend them enough :)

Rachel, was very helpful. She kept me up to date and replied to my messages promptly, and had no issue answering any of my questions or helping me achieve my vision and providing me with the proofs. She was patient and I did not feel any pressure to make a decision prematurely. Overall, the experience was great and she made it even more delightful and easy.

I had an easy time ordering, both times I was assisted by Sally. I had no trouble with getting my design onto a pin, and the response and service was fantastic by Sally. The quality of the pins also turned out amazing. Some of the features they have now are also so easy to use, like the glitter effect.

Good quality and good services. Lonni has been a big help.
