Currently withholding redund since therewas an issue you the incorrect deposit link being sent by them. Had to submit a PayPal case to get a refund which paypal have contacted them to respond, and they are withholding my refund by not responding to PayPal as I see on the case details.

Likely ok company until errors are made and things need rectifying. Have ended up going with another tattoo designer abd have received my order and am now booked in for first session with tattooist so all going well for me and will use the service from Fiverr again for any tattoos. Csn highly recommend Fiverr instead.

UPDATE: After 11 days of no response from my artist I got in touch with Lee Roller who reviewed my situation and sent me a full refund of my deposit as well as the current draft with my artist <3 May be I had a uniquely bad experience, but management seems to be on top of their customer service.

Currently working with an artist and it has been ROCKY. Let me preface this by saying this is my first time working with a tattoo designer. The first design wasn't really what I was looking for, but I figured it was a concept art/sketch and we could work from there. Ever since, I have been given infrequent responses (4-5 business days) and new revisions are usually missing something I requested to be in there and/or misunderstood what I requested. I believe there is a language barrier between me and my artist based on his replies. After a week of radio silence and revisions missing details, I decided to request a new artist. I was told that ALL their other artists are busy. So, I continued with my artist. After some back and forth, I felt like we cleared the air and I set the expectation that I'd like to hear back more frequently. The next revision was sent (on the weekend, which I don't check my emails on weekend. Something I mentioned early on) but on Monday I sent my response. It is currently Friday, and I've not heard back from my artist. I understand art can take time, and that's fine. But with how many errors or omissions I find in my sketches, I would expect better quality. Or at the very least some sort of response to my requests. So now I'm getting little to no replies each week AND errors/omissions in my design request. I've lost a lot of faith in my artist and the process at this point. And I'm starting to wish I just found a tattoo artist to work with near me...

ALVAREX IS THE GUY YOU WANT! HE MADE THE DOPEST DESIGN FOR ME BASED OFF LITTLE TO NO REFERENCES. HES A MASTERFUL ARTIST AND THIS SERVICE IS FRANKLY WAY BELOW MARKET PRICE IN MY HONEST OPINION!!

I had my first tattoo last year with designer ALVAREX at Custom Tattoo Design and it was great. Then, I contacted him in his personal email for a second design, and I realized the company fired him months ago due to staff reduction.
As usual, the second design was great, too.
Custom Tattoo Design must hire ALVAREX again. A very good designer and a very good person to work with :) Please hire him back! I will continue to work with him on more tattoo pieces!

Rafael went back and forth with me a numerous amount of times to ensure the design was exactly to my liking. He was patient and took the time to edit every request i had made absolutely love my design and the way my custom tattoo came out. I highly recommend

The company boasts on their website about a money back guarantee, but are actually very rude about customers claiming this. My design was not that of a professional designer, the elements included looked like they were all separate tattoos merged together. None of it gelled well and it was very uneven. My partner previously used the service and also had a terrible design made, but i had hoped this was a one off. When contacting customer service they blamed me for not working or giving enough direction to the artist, when I provided several images of the style I wanted. It also made it clear on the terms and conditions that once you start working with the designer to edit the design you would lose the right to get the money back guarantee. I didn't want to take the design further with the artist I was given, so I had no choice but to request the refund rather than respond and work with them. I would suggest the company take these boasts of 'money back gaurantee' off their website if they're going to be so rude when a customer actually requests this.

My artist Zlatko listened to every design idea I had and truly created something better than I even imagined. The whole process was smooth from start to finish and Zlatko was such a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely be returning for another design soon!

I loved the tattoo they brought to life an idea I had in my head over 10 years ago after hearing a Johhny cash song and grew it into a masterpiece. Truly amazing work.
