Buyer beware. Nice folks.
However I would not recommend buying any of the chip trucks from them. Over 5 months of payments on a 88k dollar truck that would not dump properly.5- 6 trips to the shop and tons of lost business.

Great experience with Field Tech Tim Bloodgood
Field Service Tech Tim Bloodgood came out on Friday afternoon to trouble shoot a problem that was on the truck since delivery. Though it was a Friday afternoon and he was 3 to 4 hours from home he took his time and got the issue resolved. When he fixed the issue, it led to another issue found and he resolved it also. He took his time and explained the issues and resolutions. It was very good to see a service tech that takes his time and enjoys what he does.

Great service
Any time I call Angie she is always professional and courteous Angie keeps me updated with everything that is happening. Tim Bloodgood is a top notch mechanic and a wealth of knowledge, You can call Tim and explain what you have going on and he will talk you through the issue and if you can not figure it out he will be my than happy to come out and solve the issue. Tim is a very good communicator and a very nice guy.

Sales is AMAZING! Service Department is TERRIBLE!
The sales side of the house is amazing! Daylon will treat you right every time and goes above an beyond!
Now the bad: The service side of CTOS is horrible!!! Expect to be overcharged, from the hourly rate that is higher than anywhere else in the area to charging extra hours on your units. When you ask them for a breakdown they give you the "that is for internal use only" response. The expect to be pat on the back for putting a customers units in the shop in front of their own rental fleet.
Save yourself time, money and a headache and use someone else for your service work.

Not so much as something wrong, just no image to confirm item with on website. And shipping three decals worth 0.60 each for 26.00 is expensive & could have been under 10.00 via USPS Priority.
