I love my custom fleece, the quality is superb. Little bit disappointed with the delivery time as I took around 2 months to arrive

Although I totally understand times may be extended due to the pandemic I didn’t read any notice anywhere before ordering that it would take 8 weeks. After 4 weeks I contacted them and they said I would be sent a design for approval in a few day’s and then it would be another 4 weeks from then. If I had know all this when ordering I would probably have took the risk and ordered more, as I didn’t know the time scale I only ordered one polo top for work

Good quality- took a long time to arrive but it was great when it eventually came

Arrived as expected, good quality, good communication from the company regarding delivery and progress. Would use again

Really happy with the 2 jackets received, It took a while longer but bearing in mind the current Covid-19 restrictions it was a good experience and communications were excellent.

I placed my order 23/07/2020. It’s now 5/09/2020 and despite the company asking for a review, I am still awaiting my order. I emailed last Sunday and was assured it would be out for delivery week commencing 31/8/2020 and they said I would receive an email from the courier company. I have not received an email or the product yet. I ordered 1 personalised fleece. The quality of your work is high (A friend of mine has a jacket and recommended this business) and I understand there are delays due to demand and Covid-19 but I cannot review a purchase that I have not received. Apologies.

Took my payment, didn't supply the product

The quality of my garment is great and very good size. It is exactly how I wanted it, the only negative feedback is the time that I waited for it, however this is to be expected as it was throughout covid pandemic but only got explanation when I queried where my order was. I’m would not let this put me off ordering from here again though.

I am very happy with my Hoodie. The feel of it and the size is just right. The logo looks really good too. Thank you so much.

I ordered my rainbow personalised hoodie nearly 3mths ago and still waiting for it to arrive, very disappointed when my work colleagues didn't have to wait this long. Due to this my rating is low

Delivery of this item took forever, The zip broke after the first weekend, very disappointed. I would not recommend.

Extremely helpful and pleasant customer service. Liz was quick to respond to any questions. Our team all love their personalised fleeces. I would say the fleeces are quite generous in size, and good quality. Thank you from our team to your team!

In June this year i ordered a new hoodie from your company great but i have only just had the hoodie in the last two weeks i have washed it and it is great it is warm and looks really nice on especially with the hospital logo and my name i am really pleased with it.
my only niggle was the amount of time it took to come but apart from that i am delighted with the hoodie

Fab service, great communication and high quality wear and embroidery.

Took to long for order, £7.50 delivery fee was overboard plus the material is so thin compared to my other work mates jackets.

My order has still not arrived and it’s been months just for a fleece. No one answers the phone to try and chase. They happily took the money as soon as the order was placed though, will not be using again.

The jacket I bought was absolutely stunning, the embroidery was stunning and done to perfection. Absolutely loving the jacket.

Ordered my 2nd NHS item from this company. Quality of both items very good, however sizes are a bit hit and miss.
Both items were ordered in size XL.The fleece jacket was a bit on the large side and the soft shell jacket is too small but cannot return this item as it’s personalised.
