Honestly, this site that makes the job easier to make clothes and items is an absolute paywall ever. Like who in earth would pay a pro feature just to download a PNG clothes? So disgusting money hungry and consider to that the site appears to be vibe coded. Although, using third-party software is actually a bit nicer for making clothes, Remember this site is not free at all to make Roblox clothes and items.

You literally have to pay a subscription just to do one thing, and everything else, like dude? im not paying just so I can download more shirts and stuff. AND on mobile, when it offers you to go on pro, and you scroll to the bottom, it shows obviously AI pfp (profile pictures) and AI reviews, like you gotta be kidding me. 1 star bro.

It's a great website to create but it has a lot of issues like slow loading and not downloading for my trial.

I had an earlier review. I said the app is good, but it's not. It is a money sucking app. They lie about that you can get 1 free download per, but they don't give you that. They only say this in the app and not on the website. I RECCOMEND to download the mesh on pc and not phone before doing it because you have to transfer the files.

Absolute garbage app. The epitome of a ‘money beggar’ app. Convinced kids to download it. Gives you minimal capability with a subscription. To get real capability you have to upgrade. It displays a ‘delete app’ button prominently but hides its ’cancel Subscription’ button. Run away. Terrible product.

You need to pay to download your own creations and if you don't pay you have to make them public but then when I make my creation public it says "you have reached your maximal amount of free downloads" and they try to make you sign up for there shitty 3 day free trial which has no use.

Child signed up to a free 3 day trial and unfortunately forgot to delete (child at fault, but he's 8) Immediately charged £60 (days before Xmas) for 12 months premium membership with no option to cancel/ downgrade membership/rolling monthly membership.

Hello! I'm here to tell you not to use this app/website. It promotes itself as a "free" digital clothing website. Yet you still have to pay $60 upfront or $15 a month, neither are good options. The selection of clothing IS diverse, however, there's not enough options for everyone. To top it all off, I'm not even the only person to have this issue with Customuse. Countless others have been encouraged to visit the site, only to be turned away due to the absurdity of the company. This company is a scam and you shouldn't trust them!
