Sur whis on paye des frais pour tva et la livraison et en plus il faut payer 9 eur pour la douane cette somme whis la reembourse pas à la fin on paye plus cher que le coût de la commande

Wish does everything they can to sell cheap products. Unfortunately that means they also scam the customers sometimes. You can never be sure about the products you buy. Sometimes they send a totally different product. So do yourself a favour. Spend a bit extra, for better service

Shocking quality,all dresses didn't look anything like the pictures.Absolute disgrace that it's cost £24.50 to return the items !!! Would never order from again .

Worst customer service! They banned me because I asked for the money they took for no reason!

- I contacted Klarna, they said it was strange so I talked with Security Department (who look up everything, every single thing) and saw nothing, said it was FRAUD! Wish just took my money!
- Contacted my bank, did NOT see anything that I had bought/ordering anything, just saw that money was taken from me, so it was a fraud!
- Contacted the police, asked me alot + I told everything (what I saw/was thinking, what Klarna said and what my bank said), what did the police say? It was a pure fraud!!

I wrote to them, they asked me for ordernumer, I WROTE THAT I DID NOT HAVE ANY NUMBER BECAUSE I DID NO ORDER!!!! After 2 days they asked me WHAT I ordered (what did I write earlier?). Answered again that I did no order. Adter few days I got answer where they wanted to know my order number. W*TF how stupid does that sound? And the same all the time, then now they blocked me. I "go against their terms of use".

So fraud, they took my money, over a month and now they blocked me because I gave the same answer all the time (same because they asked the same thing stupidly all the time).

I have had very few issues with products that I order, and the few issues I have had, customer service resolved or refunded. Granted, be very cautious when ordering clothing. Make sure that the clothing and shoes are your U.S. sizes, not Asian. If in doubt of size, review description and photos. Asian sizes are usually 2 sizes smaller than U.S. If pants waist size is in cm, divide total cm by 2.54 and you will have U.S. size.

THEY SUK. THEY DIDNT FOLLOW XPLICT INSTRUCTIONS ON MY DELIVERY AND USPS STILL THREW MY ORDER ON MY PORCH AFTER REPEATED REQUESTS TO NOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN AND MY ORDER WAS STOLEN. THE PACKAGE WAS ASKED TO BE PLACED IN BACK OF HOUSE AND THEY STILL PUT IT IN FULL VIEW OF THE PORCH PIRATES . ILL AND EVERY ONE I KNOW AND I KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE AKA AS THE MAYOR OF BROOKLYN. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

De annoncer, hvor der er en pris på kr. 4,-, og der står, at der bliver trukket lod om, hvem der får lov at købe til den lave pris.
GØR ALDRIG DET - da jeg skulle betale kr. 4 + 2 i transport. så trak den kr. 800,- fra mit Dankort.
Og WISH har alene robotter til at håndtere klager - så det er helt umuligt at få pengene retur. Funktionen med et billede er også ude af drift - så nu kan man heller ikke få refunderet varer, der ikke virker.
Var det en dansk virksomhed, så var den blevet lukket af forbrugerombudsmanden.

Customer service is abysmal. Hire HUMANS FFS!! Clothes are great if you’re anorexic. I’ve gotten my refunds, I’ve gotten everything I ordered, but trying to find out if I have something to pick up is next to IMPOSSIBLE. Two stars because i HAVE gotten everything. If you wear a 14, order a 5x. Sizing is RIDICULOUSLY PATHETIC. Shipping for EACH ITEM is a RIP OFF. I have one more order coming (that’s late of course) then I’m deleting it.

If I could give 0 star, I would probably do it without hesitation. Yes, the price sometimes is unbelievably cheap and the shipping confirmation and tracking information seem "very real". However, be prepared that nothing will arrive at your door. I ordered a dress and a pair of shoes from them and got "Your items have been shipping!" notification two days later. The items were from China and immediately I didn't have a good feeling about it. When the package "arrived" in Canada, the Canada Post tracking information was given. Cool right? NOPE! The nightmare just started! Canada Post marked the package was delivered in my mailbox but it was not there! I checked with the concierge, the management office and Canada Post, the package didn't seem to get delivered to my condo. The CP tracking information indicated that the package was not even delivered to the town I live in! I then tried to contact the customer service support, it only gave me the same reply over and over again "Package usually appears a few days after being marked delivered".
I suspected that Cute.Wish mailed a random something to a random address from China, so that they could charge me and I would never get the real products I ordered!
I still have two more shipments "on their way". I am not optimistic at all about the "arrival".
Fake order, fake shipping, fake tracking information, fake delivery, fake customer service representative. I am prepared to have to get the refund through paypal. IT IS A LOT OF WORK and FRUSTRATING!
I don't know how many people out there had similar shipping problems with Cute.Wish. My only recommendation is... Go for those trustable, reliable online shopping companies.

If I would have know cute was wish I would have never ordered.Poor quality I never get what I order and when I do it takes months before you receive products

I don't know what currency rate this site uses. However a $3 item suddenly became 16 or $17 when trying to place an order. There was also shipping costs added to each item that I was interested in. I chose not to order.

I ordered an item that eventually arrived , but when it did it was not the item I had ordered. Because cute has not delivered a few items but have refunded now I can't get details to return this item that is again not what I ordered. If u can find the item elsewhere I would buy from them and stay away from cute. As they are only cute by name certainly not in customer services

Hated it. Tried purchasing several items and every time I would choose an item the price would go up. Example: $6.00 would go to $20.00.

I ordered 2 items and only one item arrived. I called their pissy customer service representative who advised me to check with my neighbour to see if she opened my package and took 1 item out. WHAT??!!!!

Es ist nicht zu glauben was einem so bei Wish widerfährt, es ist wirklich ein Einkaufserlebnis der negativsten Art und Weise, wo einem der Mund vor Entsetzen und nicht vor Staunen offen stehen bleibt. Wie schon zuvor von mir berichtet, die Sache mit den 1,-€ Lock-Angebote die du nie erhältst.
So jetzt bei einem Fehlkauf mit sofortigem Storno, der auch sofort von Wish durchgeführt wurde.
Nur die Rückerstattung lässt auf sich warten! Abbuchung sofort, Rückerstattung erst nach 10-15 Tagen! Meldest du dich vorher bezüglich der Rückerstattung, heißt es "Die Rückerstattung ist erfolgt, wenden Sie sich an PayPal!" und fertig.
Passiert dir dass, 2-3 mal für 100€ dann wartest du 10-15 Tage auf dein Geld für 0% Zinsen!
Wish hingegen arbeitet bis zu 15 Tagelang mit deinem Geld ... schonenden dank auch !!!
Oder wenn du etwas bestellst von dem du meinst es ist ein Schnäppchen, Vorsicht mit der Freude!!! Du erhältst nur selten dass was du bestellt hast, oft gibt es ein billigen Abklatsch von dem was du bestellt hast. Beschwerst du dich glaubt man dir nur schwer, oder du hast einfach nicht aufgepasst und fertig, friss was du bekommst oder Stirb dran!
Chinas Unternehmen meinen wirklich Europäer sind blöd mit denen kann man's machen ...
