LESS THAN A ONE STAR!
I ordered back in March and it is now the end of June, they don’t send any tracking information or respond to emails. After SO many emails they finally responded at me in broken English telling me I should just be patient and gave me a link to tracking information that made no sense and said my order was sent in MAY!
I still have not received anything and they now won’t respond to any emails & if you leave a bad review or comment on their Facebook or Instagram they just delete them.

Hello please read this comment before ordering from this company this company is a scam I order my items 3 months ago and I still haven't gotten my stuff I have been emailing this so call cute thee someone has been emailing me back with false information I asked for my money back they sent me a tracking number and website where to track my order on may the 28th got an email saying my package was delivered but couldn't deliver cause my address was not found I was told to go to my local post office my package was there I went and the post office had nothing now reminding you my package was in tampa delivered to me on June the 19th went to go track it again now it saying my package is in transit for st. Louis I have been asking for my back for 2 months who ever is emailing me is a scammer I'm being ya'll please please don't order from this place i sent $350 with this company and i haven't gotten anything there's no number to call this is bs be care please

After receiving NO emails about my purchase of 100$ worth of clothing after several weeks, I called my bank and complained about being scammed. I got my money back. THEN Cutethee decided to email me back, reassuring me they are legit and that it was on the way. After reading comments on their Instagram posts I seriously thought I would never get my purchase. It is now June 20th and my package finally came in. VERY poorly made. Thank God I ordered 12-18m when my daughter was 7 months or she would not be fitting into them. DO NOT ORDER. THE WAIT IS NOT WORTH THE QUALITY.

My great granddaughter was nine months old when I ordered her outfit. Last week she celebrated her first birthday and I’m still waiting. I’ve contacted them many times -they always answer- however, basically, they would lie about where the piece was. I even received an email saying it’s on its way to your house, it’s going to be there in the next day or so. The last excuse I heard was that customs was holding it up. Finally, after they gave me the international tracking number I find out from the US customs bureau that it never left China yet. So I asked for a refund and I was told that, because it had been shipped, I am not eligible for a refund. Lesson learned.

Ordered clothes from here ~2.5 months ago and still have not received anything. Emails are very unprofessional/sketchy and I fear that we have been scammed. Do not recommend ordering from here!

** Edit clothes finally came in after 3+ months, but again there was no customer service what so ever!

Well, I love the baby clothes I ordered at the end of April but I did not receive them until June 15th. They came from China and due to the Covid 19 virus it took a lot of time for them to ship my order. I emailed them a few times and they answered each email promptly and were very courteous. I was discouraged to read all the negative reviews. I am very pleased that I was not scammed and that I did receive my order. It just took a long time.

Beware...they don't deliver! Spend your money elsewhere. Your kids will outgrow clothes ordered before they get delivered, literally.....if indeed they do get delivered. Yep, I am STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY

don't buy anything from these people. They are thieves. I ordered for clothes for my baby since April 8th, and i still haven't received it till today. even though i paid for express shipping.
They are fake!!!

I am glad these reviews have been posted. We were just about to purchase from them but decided to check them out first. Thanks guys for taking the trouble to post. We will be looking elsewhere.

ordered over a month ago .. whenever I track package it always says received in United Kingdom .. Will never order from here again . If I had known before what all the reviews say I would not have ever ordered to start with .. These people are scammers IMO . I doubt I will ever receive what I ordered or get money back

ZERO stars!!! Fraudulent company. Statements on their website are false. Advise to NOT do business with them.

I wouldn't order from them again. The merchandise I ordered was not well made. It was not sew together in spots and I had to resew where it was sewn together!! Also it took forever to receive the merchandise. I am sure there is no way to return the items either. It is cute in the photos on their site but very shoddy merchandise!!

I wish I would have looked at reviews before ordering!

Apparently got scammed by this company, and Facebook should be held responsible too for allowing their advertising. They got paid for order that i have yet to receive over 2 months later. They send shipping confirmation & tracking number, but can't be tracked and shows no movement. Banking fraud!!

I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A B I G FAT ZERO! SCAMMERS! Takes your money and you get nothing. Can’t call them, send email with no response. DON’T waste your money on this company. SCAMMERS!

Big s%*# Never got my order and nbody answer my mail

Absolutely this company is a scam. I ordered a month ago and tries tracing my package and it has been in the same spot since I ordered. I will get a refund one way or another! I specifically sent 50 emails. But after reading these reviews, I knew I most definitely was not going to get a response.

I ordered items from them and I received a thank you email but nothing else. I wrote many emails but no answer. In the end I asked Paypal for help and this is how I got my money back. I will never order anything from them again, although the pictures of the clothes are very nice. But maybe they stole the pictures from other websites. I strongly advise against buying from them!!

These people need to be shut down! Absolutely a scam!!! Ordered over a month and a half ago and nothing was sent out. I even reached out multiple times and no response. Do NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
