Why have you not contacted us to inform us it has not arrived? I feel this is a very unfair review as we was not informed that it has not arrived and if we knew we would have been able to offer you a refund or replacement.

We know couriers should take more care when they are delivering parcels but we know sometimes that damage can occur especially in bad weather.
