The service is constantly experiencing failures, which has a severe impact on the businesses of those who rely on clicks within seconds. The service had three major outages in just one week, which I consider absurd.

I do not recommend it and will not renew my premium subscription.

Cuttly is such a fantastic service, full of features, decently priced and backed by good and fast customer support. Definitely one of the best URL shorteners out there—highly recommend!

Fantastic solution. Additionally when I hit the level that I needed to scale up from a free account to a paid subscription, it was realistic.

I have been using Cuttly on a free plan and had some problems with some German special characters (umlauts link ö and ä, sharp s) in the redirected full-link als parameter. I received very fast response and they solved the problem on the same day! Great support for a free plan - very unusual.

I have shared a wrong links with peoples which need to corrected on urgent basis. I feel panicked and emailed them. They have shared the link how to resolve it and it worked perfectly. This was real quick and life saving for me! Thanks a lot to their instant, quick and helpful support!

I've been promoting my art and looking for a job at the same time so Cuttly was the perfect solution. From my research, the analytics are 100% accurate and they update faster than Google Analytics.

The free service is excellent but if I had to track more than a couple of links I would sign up for the subscription service. As a former New Yorker who now lives in Australia, I'm having major US quality customer service withdrawal. Cuttly reminded me of the good old days:)
