Avoid!!! Dreadful Communication and i assume customer service, not that i've ever spoken to anyone or had any correspondence after the initial order. Ordered a Box of Carpet tiles on 2nd April with a 2-3 working day delivery time. Now 21st April and despite numerous calls, voicemails and emails with absolutely no response or acknowledgement we've still no carpet tiles! No going through bank to reclaim the money. Shocking!

Extremely Disappointed – Payment Taken, No Delivery After 7 Weeks

We ordered 2 flooring samples from CVT Direct on 27th August 2025, paying £7.20 including delivery. It’s now 7 weeks later, and despite taking the payment, CVT Direct has failed to deliver the samples.

We’ve emailed to chase the order—no reply. We’ve called multiple times, leaving voicemails, all of which have been ignored.

Normally, I wouldn’t bother complaining over missing samples, but the fact that payment was taken and the order not fulfilled is disgraceful. It’s not just poor service—it’s unacceptable.

Hopefully, CVT Direct sees this review and finally gets in touch, since they clearly don’t monitor their emails or phone messages.

Ordered and paid for two samples; CVT sent emails confirming payment and dispatch however the samples never arrived. When I contacted CVT for an update I was ignored. I contacted CVT again asking for a refund and once again I was ignored. Don’t bother ordering anything from them as they’ll take your money and you’ll never receive your order

Absolutely diabolical company. Thank goodness it was just a sample we paid for. We have never received it. They haven't replied to any of the emails that we have sent. Rung them several times and it just goes to the answer phone. So disappointing as it is was the only place we could find the flooring to match what we have now.

Unable to make contact - credit card debited twice. No response to email/ calls. Raised with credit card company as fraudulent transactions.

I dealt with a lady called Marie. Couldn’t fault her. Matched a price I got elsewhere and also needed extra which was accessible to collect the next day which was the difference in the floor layers to complete in 1 day.

Perfect service with real plank LVT samples delivered promptly and immediate responsiveness to sales and sales support enquiries.

Excellence service from initial contact through to delivery. All on time and too order.

The product is very good it has totally changed the room, it looks a million dollars.

Wow what a company. I called for one bag of particular compaound and a first time buyer and they really went above and beyond! Marie was super helpful, friendly and called me to clarify next day delivery AND said she would call me once I had received my delivery and then actually did just that. Delivery was 8am to 6pm and just before 8 when we went to the car the delivery driver was there already, he didn’t want to knock on before 8 incase we were still in bed! Incredible service and I will definitely use them for my next project. Thank you all

I needed to get some laminate underlay for a job I was doing urgently. Found CVT Direct online and called to place an order. Marie was fantastic and did everything to help. They didn’t have enough underlay in stock and she made sure some was ordered for delivery ASAP. Marie was in touch with me through the whole process, arranged the delivery as soon as possible, confirmed the date for delivery. to confirm the order, then to let me know the date of delivery. The items arrived on the date given to me and the delivery driver was fantastic. He called to make sure I don’t miss the delivery and helped get the underlay rolls into the house. Polite ans courteous. Best customer service I have had from any company in a while. Made my day. Thank you!
