I ordered a product over a month and a half ago and I still haven’t received it yet nor a refund. They emailed me back saying they’re having technical issues.

I ordered one bag in February. These people maliciously changed my order to three bags. They stole over 140 dollars from my card. I have repeatedly emailed them and also through Shop pay. They keep saying system down. They are scammers and thieves. I have requested a full refund. So far I've recieved nothing but lies. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. ILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.

I was scammed out of 52.15 they kept saying system shutdown and they will resolve the matter soon. I then noticed the store was no longer available and I couldn't see my order anymore.

I ordered the product on February 21st 2026. My product never came. I sent a few emails requesting my product or a refund. I got emails saying that their system was down and that they were not able to get to the orders or send refunds. My son works with computers and I know enough to realize that when you have a problem your IT department should be able to handle it. There is no way your system has been down this long and nobody on your team can fix it. These people should be ashamed. So many are looking for ways to deal with kidney issues without dialysis or transplants and they are taking advantage of people's hope. But, I am a King's kid and my God doesn't like ugly. He will fix the situation. They may not like the way He fixes it, but He'll fix it. Karma is a thing!!!!!

Waiting weeks and weeks. They say their system is down. Will not refund! Pretty sure scam

I placed an order on February 27th. It is March 24th, and I went to my text messages to hit the link that was sent. The link doesn’t work. It said the store is unable to be found. That’s $50.00 down the drain! This is ridiculous!

This organization is a scam a joke a fraudulent wellness front to get people to buy products they don’t have. Don’t give them your money or your attention. You’re better off buying off of amazon!!!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Placed an order 02/25/26. Today is 03/18/26...still nothing. But they got their money. When I click on emails from them, the links are bad. RUN...don't walk!!!

I placed an order for $120.00 on April 2nd, 2025. They kept me going for weeks, as the product was backlogged. They even sent me a fake tracking number. They kept emailing me to just be patient. Finally, in November, after they stopped responding, I asked my bank for a refund. It was too late. Too much time had passed. I contacted them again, and lo and behold, they reappeared after a negative review on SHOP. They gave me the run around again, and they went silent yet again. Then, at the end of February, I left a negative review on one of their ads on Facebook. They reached out to me with apologies and said that they would send it out within a week. Guess what, they flaked again. I asked for an update after two weeks and to be patient as they are having technical problems. Now we are coming up to one year of me waiting. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY!

I placed an add March 1st 2026, all I got so far is crickets. What a scam now I'm out of 50.00 bucks. I think social media should be responsible for vetting all merchants.

Product was ordered 2 months ago and still haven't received it. They do not return emails. These guys are super scammers. I have no idea how they haven't been banned from social media. The got me for more than $200.

I WAS SCAMMED OUT OF $57.72 … I PLACED AN ORDER FEBRUARY 27 with priority shipping and it’s NOW MARCH 8, STILL NO PRODUCT RECEIVED. Email this company and keep getting the same response, “SYSTEM DOWN AND WILL REACH OUT ONCE SYSTEMS ARE BACK UP, SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY HAVE CAUSED.” SMH 🤦🏽‍♀️ NEVER AGAIN!!!

My card was charged. Never received any shipping info, and the website is now dead.

I was scam by this company. I sent multiple emails trying to communicate with them and no response. They claimed that my package was outside my door and I never got it.

I was scammed also. I fell for the ad, without doing my due diligence. What a shame.

Scam !!! I ordered never heard from them. Don't believe any of the social media ads. Charges should be placed on companies preying on people looking for health solutions. SHAME

If I could give zeroes I would. This place is a scam & a rip off. My fiancée was bamboozled out of his $60 but more than the money. The faith he had in this advertiser about cleansing while he had just been discharged from ICU with symptoms of CHF. Do NOT spend your money or energy on this nonsense!!

Scammed!! Ordered an Herb package on June 26th 2025 and still have not been updated or reached out to about package after trying to contact their email.
