No shop/ No info on recycling

Made my 1st small Web order to try, no contact from Cartridge World, call the store 2-3 times no answer. I have since made contact with the store and was informed my order was delayed. More when my order arrives.

Unfortunately on this occasion we have been let down by our courrier company and so have fallen outside the delivery/collection time line promised on our website (by 1 day) I apologise that we didn't communicate with you before today to appraise you of the delay although I understand a member of staff has since contacted you and explained the full situation.I do however feel that your 1* review and particullarly you comment to'steer away from this company' is unfairly harsh and disproportionate in relation to your 3 euro purchase. We are a reputable company of 20+ years and a trust pilot score of 4.8/4.9 from 1,000+ happy customers!

Replacement of bad toner
After my complaint about the quality of the toner I have received, they contacted me the next morning and came to my office and changed it with a new one which is 100% great!!!

I was looking for a specific new technology product which I only found available on this company. I was very glad when I called and they told me they have it on stock. I have ordered both by phone and online via their eshop. Support , service and delivery was fantastic. In both cases, Christiana the lady that works there was extremely helpful and willing to help me get my orders the fastest possible. Generally it is great to have such a professional companies in Cyprus.
