I would have awarded 5 stars but we ordered a toner which, according to the website, was in stock and it turned out not to be in stock which meant the toner took an extra day to be delivered, but other than that the service was excellent.

I see that your order was placed placed 3/2/2021 at 18.34 and so the store dealt with it the next morning. As luck would have it we had actually run out of this item just the day before and so it took a day for stock to be replenished in Pafos. Delivery was done on 5/2/2021 around 5:00 in the evening, two working days after your order.

Great experience shopping with you during lock-down. Easy to navigate online shop, section with printer toners is easy to use and it was such a relief to be able to find what we need without help of live store advisor. Delivery was next day, they first called us to confirm that we are in the office, delivered to the door. Very happy with the service! We always buy office supplies from you.
