First week I had issues with the software which they did not understand. I don't know if it was deliberately misunderstood but if certainly felt like it.

I ran with it anyway. 3 years later, just out of warranty, I needed it to work. It didn't. Failed after 30 seconds instead of the stated 65 minutes. When the power came back on it said it was fully charged and would work for 65 minutes. With a manual test it lasted 60 seconds with zero power drain. I guess the battery is dead but the software is so awful who knows.

Customer service is so poor and unwilling to help that the only option is to 'recycle' it.

UPS died in less than one year, crashed my NAS as a result. Unit could not be fixed. I had a proof of purchase from a dealer, that was not enough. The unit ha no serial number. I have a receipt, spent an hour on the phone. These are amateur units not designed for reliability or use. They work fine if you never use them their warranty is simply a LIE. Never again buy APC, these are garbage units assembled in the Philippines and they leave off the serial number so when you try to get service WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE they just deny it. Customer service rep has the personality of a grapefruit or it's just AI but like the other poster they just do nothing.

Horrible customer service, Our UPS died after 2.5 years and they want us to pay for the return shipping, which will cost minimum 50% of a new unit.
Not recommended.
