Friendly helpful people , beautiful countryside, variable routes, interesting places en route. .

6 of us have just had a lovely trip to Suffolk - an area none of us knew - and what a delight it was. The communication and organisation from Cycle Breaks was great, especially as it was done at very short notice due to European flights being cancelled. Choice of routes was varied and hotels were lovely. Customer service was excellent and we definitely hope to use Cycle Breaks again. Thankyou.

Prompt service from the initial enquiry onwards, including making extra arrangements for our needs. There's a possible discrepancy between the advertised version of the Mosel Valley trip and their partner's offering, but it went well in general.

Excellent communication whist in UK and superbly organised in Italy. We needed a couple of alterations to the itinerary which were complete without fuss

Initial contact with Cycle Breaks was good , although the majority of people using the company seem to be cyclists they also advertised walking holidays . Booking was strait forward and information arrived when they said it would .
We had a good pack of information from Cycle Breaks including an OS map with the routes of our walks clearly marked . The hotel accommodation was good ,particularly on the first night ,and the luggage transfer was efficient. We liked the first hotel best because it felt more characterful compared to the more corporate feel of the golf club.Both were in lovely countryside
The OS map was accompanied by some additional notes covering points on the route that might be confusing , mainly this worked well but on occasion we could have done with a bit more info particularly around golf courses ! We also had information about the history of the areas we passed through.
The routes were good through beautiful and varied countryside .
We really enjoyed our holiday .Thank you !

Returned to Cycle Breaks for a second holiday in Europe. They organised everything beautifully and kept us informed. The holiday via Euro Bikes went smoothly and we had a great time. Good to know that they were there should anything have gone wrong.
I'm sure we will be looking again for next year.

Very well organised cycle hire. Our bikes were ready on arrival with helmets etc and great explanation of everything we needed for our 2 day trip. Felt very well supported on a challenging but still comfortable route. The app was excellent! Would highly recommend.

Coming from Germany we did a 7 day cycle tour through Suffolk. The tour was organized very well. The luggage was moved on time to the next hotel. The hotels were pretty good. The bikes were well and the navigation app reliably led us to the destinations. The routes included quiet and narrow lanes but some busy roads. Some paths were a bit uneven, and especially going downhill one had to be careful.
All in all it was a very nice trip.

Het waren prima uitgekiende tochten op de fiets en veelal prima paden om te fietsen. Met redelijk afwisselend landschap.'
En natuurlijk zeiden we als Hollanders geen helm te willen. Dit zou echter verplicht moeten zijn. Omdat het fietslandschap anders is en de risico's op letsel vele malen groter. (met 25 mph de heuvel af is toch gewoon 40 km/u.) Dat hoort niet zonder helm. Hoewel ik me uiteraard niet onveilig heb gevoeld.
Er was op de eerste dag een bezichtiging van een oud kerkje dat een B&B is geworden. Deze is niet meer up to date.
Heel schappelijk om onze wijnen op te halen van de wijngaard. Super.
Er was een stuk bij de vuilverbranding wat hopelijk anders ingericht kan worden omdat fietsers bij een stuk weg geen toegang hebben. De weg was overigens helder aangegeven. En de informatie was prettig en helder om te lezen.
De fietsverhuur met Andy en Paul was prima!

Excellent service. The route was very well designed, the bike was in excellent condition and the stays were in very nice, cofortable places. I never felt alone, I knew there was always support a call away. A great experience, overall.

Used Cycle Breaks on a number of occasions for electric bike hire, bikes are delivered and collected on time and bikes are always well maintained.

We enjoyed a great cycling holiday. Cycle Breaks made every effort to organize a great cycling holiday for us. I cycle on an e-tricycle (my wife on a regular e-bike) and I can't climb stairs. An excellent solution was found for everything and we are grateful to Cycle Breaks for everything they have organized and adapted for us. We cycled a tour through Suffolk and Norfolk with start and finish from Harwich. We are from the Netherlands.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. The electric bikes were easy to use and comfortable. We had them delivered and collected from our hotels, even with this service Cycle Breaks are cheaper than any other rental company I could find

Bikes for 3 grown up men were delivered promptly at agreed location at time and in good condition and with a lot of selectable accessories (bags, map holders, cycling guides, tool and spares). Ready to go with minimal adjustments needed!

Mike at cycle breaks arranged for the luggage transfer for 6 people between 5 different guesthouses/B&Bs & hotels as we cycled the Rebellion Way over 5 days around Norfolk. Very easy to arrange with Mike, excellent communication and great reassurance that luggage would be collected and dropped off on a timely and secure basis. Highly recommend.

The personal attention and immediate response when something unexpected cropped up (thank you Andy;-). Friendliness of all the staff we had contact with before and during our holiday. Excellent hotel choices.

The customer service was great from initial contact to placing the booking, and given its a bespoke holiday this does mean a few to and fro emails. The pre holiday information was perfect, letting us plan for our holiday with all our individual queries being answered quickly. Our airport pick up and drop offs were helpfully swapped for pick ups and drop offs at Airbnbs we'd arranged ourselves. In 35 years of cycle holidays this actual cycle holiday was one the best we've ever had - the initial induction hour was helpfully detailed providing lots of information not only about the route but also places of interest or eateries to visit, and the e-bikes and GPS were great - the steep hills and varied terrain meant an e-bike is essential for even keen leisure cyclists like us. The icing on the cake was the tour itself which was beyond our expectations - the hotels were 4* but all so very different - we opted for upgraded rooms so had sea or pool views and breakfasts were excellent some with fizz and smoked salmon - a favourite. Each leg of the cycle was also very varied with different terrain, views, landscapes, villages and towns we passed through. Everyday was a brilliant adventure we had a ball and can't recommend Cycle Breaks and this trip enough !
