DON'T BUY FROM THEM. SIZING IS INCORRECT. QUALITY IS RUBBISH. REALLY CHEAP CHINESE GARBAGE DISGUISED AS CYCLING ATTIRE. YOU ARE BETTER OFF DONATING YOUR MONEY TO A CHARITY.

I would give 0 if I could these people are scammers and all monies paid is lost my product wasn’t worth the price I paid and all I get back is it’s not returnable I also was under the impression it was a uk company and delivery took 2 whole weeks from china, if I wanted cheap goods from china I’d of brought from temu thanks for the waste of £50

I ordered cycling underwear from Cyclonix on 31 July for a cycling trip starting on 9 August. Unfortunately, the order did not arrive until after I had left, so the items were no longer required.

Cyclonix’s website stated that cycling underwear could not be returned for hygiene reasons, even if unworn. The items were completely unused, unopened and still in their original sealed packaging. Cyclonix only agreed to accept the return after I challenged its policy and referred to my statutory rights relating to online purchases.

I was then required to return the items to an address in France at my own expense, despite ordering through a UK website. Tracked return postage cost me £14, together with the inconvenience of completing an international customs declaration.

Cyclonix did eventually agree to accept the return, but customers should be aware that returns are sent to France and can be disproportionately expensive. I am currently awaiting the refund and will update this review when it has been received.

Ordered a cycling helmet, it arrived in a bag wrapped in bubble wrap, but looked ok, despite ordering the helmet size that was supposed to be the right size for me it was was too big and very loose even with the additional padding in place, so as Per the instructions on the website to arrange the item to be returned, so far I have sent 6 emails and not a single reply/ used the chat bot on the site where it claimed it was putting me through to a human to start the process, was waiting over 40mins then it closed the chat , still waiting for them to contact me, I will not be using them again terrible experience even worse customer support 😞

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a scam. I’ve never received my order and they don’t reply to emails.
