From start to finish dealing with Cyprus Villa Retreats was a pleasure. Great service, good price and a very well appointed Villa Rio. It was in a perfect position, very peaceful and quiet, yet only a very short walk to bars and lovely beach. It was perfect. All the information and communications provided was spot on. Thoroughly recommend.

1st time in Cyprus so we did not know what to expect. Absolutely fab experience! Villa description matched description to the letter, cleanliness exellent, service 100%. Cant fault Villa retreats, family and friends all agree....we will come back!

The villa was amazing and had everything we needed like a home away from home. Thought was given to everything, down to having pleny of kitchen equipment down to enough coat hangers! Check in was super easy and the team were really friendly and helpful the outset.

We stayed at Cyprus Villa Retreats and I can’t recommend enough. Our villa was absolutely brilliant and we couldn’t have asked for more. Everything was so immaculate, beautifully presented and fully equipped. The outside space was perfect as it was so peaceful and relaxing with magnificent views … such a lovely sized pool which we enjoyed as a family . It was our little haven for the week. The kids were kept entertained all day along with the table tennis table (not to mention the excitement of having Fifa in the villa) and it felt a stuggle to leave even if we were just popping out. It was one of our best and most relaxing family holidays and I was very sad to leave. My kids accidentally broke a mirror which I was mortified about however Cyprus Villa Retreats were very kind about it. Thank you Cyprus Villa Retreats we couldn’t have asked for more and we will be back.

We absolutely loved our stay in the villa! It was clean, well equipped and perfectly furnished for a family with three relatively small children. The Cyprus Villa Retreat staff were helpful and extremely polite. Great with the children too. It was reassuring to see how well maintained the hot tub, pool and outdoor area was. Most relaxing family holiday we’d had in a long time!

We had read other reviews that had mentioned that the pictures online were not a true representation but I can confirm that the pictures are correct and what you will find is a stunning well kept 5-bedroom Villa.

Everything about the Villa was spot on, clean and tidy, with great facilities (we only used the pool but the hot tub looked good). There is plenty of outside space, you won't be wanting for a sunbed or a parasol as there are plenty. We ate out on the patio next to the main living room most nights and used it for cover during the day if we needed to!

The kitchen is complete with a fridge/freezer/kettle and toaster but there is also a filter coffee machine and a pod machine. When you do your shopping the local supermarket (Philippos) even arranges to take your shopping home for you (as well as yourself).

We can not fault our stay, it was a very relaxing 7 days and any questions we had were answered really quickly.

We would all definitely use again.

Had a brilliant Holiday here in August staying once again with Cyprus Villa Retreats. Its our 3rd time returning here, each time with friends and their children and we spend the whole year looking forward to it. Villas are always spotlessly clean, local amenities so handy and always someone to reach out to if you need something. We always like to have sundowners at Oniros and grab perfect pictures with the shipwreck, or just to have a relaxed BBQ in the villa at the end of a day by the beach. In previous visits we have driven to the beach on the other side of the mountains and taken a boat out for the day to do some wakeboarding, or just discover some hidden swimming spots. The villas are very tastefully decorated with load of space to store luggage and pantry space for Beers and Wine. Although the hot tub is an optional extra we always think its worth splashing out on, but just be careful about alcohol consumption and the heat. If you want a family holiday in luxury, with accommodation that has everything you need I can't recommend Cyprus Villa retreats highly enough.

Would highly recommend booking through Cyprus Villa Retreats they were extremely efficient and professional from start to finish. We stayed at Villa Rio and it was exactly as described, in fact, it was even better than the photos. We had a wonderful holiday (2 sets of grandparents, parents and two grandchildren) and the Villa was large enough to accommodate us all with ease plus the pool, outside areas and seating were excellent. I would thoroughly recommend the company and the Villa.

How are they still trading!!! We had a bad experience 2 years ago with them, our villa was broken into and my £20k watch and money was stolen, they wouldn't move us to alternative accommodation despite my two very young girls having sleepless nights (as the thieves got into the villa through an unlocked outside door which wasn’t locked when we arrived whilst we were asleep)! Since then, they have installed safes, so I thought we’d try again.

The villa was tired/tatty, the pool dirty and in need of more water, the lady that met us the day after arrival, just didn’t care (not sure if it was her usual job), said if you need anything to email and there were instructions on the side. We did email re issues and had NO response.

Bearing in mind I paid £7k for a 3-bed villa, it was over £500 to heat the pool for 2 weeks, more for the hot-tub (we didn’t bother so they emptied it before we arrived) and they don’t even clean it whilst you’re there (unless you pay more obviously), they’re like an Easyjet (very basic) charging BA prices – Terrible!

Bearing in mind we booked this holiday pre covid and had to rearrange twice to come on this truly amazing and memorable holiday on 08/22, Cyprus-villa-retreats have been absolutely amazing throughout!! We had a very minor water supply issue (which was not their fault) but the way it was dealt with was very professional and rapid. The villa itself was exceptional, very clean and well maintained and comes with all amenities required. Their recommendations on things outside the villa were always helpful and accurate. We are already considering a return visit in the future and we will be looking no further then Cyprus-villa-retreats to book with! Basically if your wish to book a villa in Cyprus you’ve found the people to deal with!

Vila Silverline was faultless. We had a fantastic stay. Local supermarket does free delivery. We needed to hire a car but only because we wanted to do a lot of exploring, otherwise Coral Bay is a 15to20 min walk for beach and strip or Pathos strip 20 min taxi ride of you want a bigger area. Beautiful clean and peaceful area and Villa. Highly recommend

Cyprus Villa Retreats are only interested in taking your money and no after care.
The Villa we stayed at was basic, outdated and in a state of disrepair.
The hot water tank blew up whilst we were there, instead of replacing it a bodge job was carried out and at 4am the tank blew again and water was cascading throughout the villa and no one to answer the emergency call.
We have been back for over 7 weeks and still no response from the ‘management company’.
I’d not give another penny to this company. They are falsely advertising properties and taking above rate payments for poor properties.

The directions to Villa Sarah provided by Villa Retreats takes you to a dirt track at the back of the villa with no access! It took 15mins to drive from there to get to the correct road. We were disappointed as the villa did not feel luxury. Instead it's in great need of remodernisation! The bedrooms and bathrooms are basic, minor things needed repairing and the whole villa looks tired and dated. There is a terrace on the upper floor with beautiful views but no furniture. Often there was no hot water due to disrepairs with the hot water tank. The pool area was nice with stunning sunset views but still didn't make it worth the money!

We stayed at villa Sarah in June 2022 and from the start the holiday was a disaster with the directions they gave were wrong, we had no hot water for 5out of 7 mornings with a hot pipe bursting twice. A/C breaking down. The outside of the villa is a health & safety issue if you have children because gates missing and litter over the grounds. Water line stain in the pool at waterline.
This property is in great need of a lot of money being spent on it to bring up to a luxury standard.
Cyprus Villa Retreats do not want to correspond with you when you get back from your holiday when you email them to discuss the problem’s that we had.
I would Never book with this company again.

What a lovely company, with great and efficient customer service. Understanding from the start of our needs, would not hesitate to book every holiday with these guys after this and recommend them to everyone.

We stayed at Villa Sarah part of the so called Platinum Range booking ref (DHLH-230221) The Villa is fairly basic and no where near the description - "Extremely exclusive, extravagant facilities, will never disappoint". The sunbeds are very old, a number broken and not enough for 14 people. The single oven had one metal tray that fitted, another from another oven that was to small and fell off the the oven shelf rails, so really difficult to cook for the number of people, barbeque the same, way to small for group size.we had to ask for ove gloves tea towels and a large cooking dish.
It has a massive balcony with no furniture or shade so a waste of space. It had an old deck chair, 2 small tables and two bucket plastic chairs, how are you suposed to use this space for 14 people? The bedroom furniture is cheap Ikea quality.
The Villa cannot be found by google maps, it takes you to an off road dirt track that will destroy your hire car if you use it. The Pool Guy knew this but Viilla Retreats did not, very frustrating arrival, half an hour to find alternative route. The Villa is in an elevated position so fantastic views but the road up to it is not great and very long so no walking to any where is not realistic, great beach bar at bottom of the hill. The Villa is not bad but it is basic and way over priced so for the money disappointing.
