" I waited 60 hours just to receive an outdated 3.3 version that didn't even work. I eventually went online myself to find the 3.47 update, only to realize the version they gave me was already a month old. To make matters worse, when I asked for support, they just kept demanding proof of purchase.
After troubleshooting even more installation issues and doing a ton of reading, I finally got it running. But in the heat of the moment, I forgot to run day.exe and—oops—instant ban. What a 'fantastic' experience; I’d clearly love to go through all that again." just as an answer to what happened

First, delivery times are clearly stated on the product page (12–72 hours) in bold for a reason. Your key was delivered within that timeframe. Updates to the game can occasionally occur during that window, and when they do, bots are temporarily taken offline while developers push a safe patch—this is standard and outside of our control.

Second, there is no “3.47” version, and none of the versions provided are “a month old.” That information is simply incorrect.

We also have no record of you reaching out to us through our website or our Discord for support. Our team does require proof of purchase before assisting, as we regularly get users who did not buy from us attempting to access support.

Lastly, the statement about being banned for “forgetting to run day.exe” does not make sense. The bot cannot run without it. As with any third-party automation, there is always an inherent risk of bans, which is clearly understood when using such tools.

This order was for newly released charms that are not kept in standing inventory and must be sourced after purchase. This was explained at the time of ordering, along with the fact that the customer would receive an email once the items were ready for delivery.

Within approximately 15 hours of placing the order, the customer contacted live chat multiple times requesting immediate delivery. As soon as a refund was requested, a full refund was issued immediately, with no delivery made and no funds retained.

We always aim to be transparent and fair, and some brand-new or limited items require additional time before delivery.
