Pretty disappointed in the 'matching' colours...
Shipping was quick but I am pretty disappointed in the matching aprons - some are bright white and some are dull/off white. The difference in colour is very noticeable and they don't really 'match'.

Hi Dan, as explained earlier in my email, the adult and the kid's aprons are slightly different because they come from different suppliers. The aprons are described as matching because of the custom design that we put on them, rather than an identical colour of the material. The photo of the items show it as well.

Customer placed an order a day before her dad's birthday and wanted it to be delivered the next day with regular post. But dad lives in rural and we can't get it there in time so we made a courtesy oversea call and email to see how we can work things out. But customer was upset that we called her and she being in a different time zone and hence missed the call and couldn't get back to us till the next day. We gave an option over the phone when we finally get to talk to consider cancelling the order or go ahead if she doesn't mind it arriving late. We have done everything in our control to service the customer but customer was rude, entitled and demanding.
