Good customer service

They originally sent the wrong item but fixed it at no charge. I didn't have to send anything back and they were great with communication.

Great Customer Experience

Unfortunately, the shirt did not work for me. The fit was oversized and I did not care for the material.

That said, the company was responsive to my concerns and offered a replacement for another similar shirt or refund for the item excluding shipping. I gladly accepted the refund. Overall, I had a great customer service experience.

Skeptical at first

I was skeptical going in, but sent Henry a series of questions, all of which he answered. Ensure you measure before placing the order. I was impressed with the quick turnaround!

This is a bit of a funny story because…

This is a bit of a funny story because the item I ordered was too big. But it's really about customer service. You will get excellent, polite, personal customer service from this company. Also, although the item was too big, the quality of the item was very good. I would buy from them again. Sizes, fyi, are true to US sizes so if you were a medium, order a medium.

After ordering my item, the status bar didn't update so I reached out and Henry got right back to me. The customer service and attention to a customer concern was over and above!
