Bought through eBay and thank god, would never have gotten a refund.
One of the worst online shopping experiences of my life. Bought personalised cushion with filling. Seller only sends filling. Think wow this is ridiculous, try and sort it out with seller. So rude and unhelpful, passing blame onto post etc, have back and forth of contacting them and eBay 5 times and finally get a return done, they refuse to issue refund. Honestly stay away and avoid this business. Scammer and type that gives eBay a bad name.

They have yet to reply to my issue regarding the steps they record. My watch tells me accurately and it's over 10000 daily. The app gives me much much less.

A super company for unique and interesting gifts. A good place to look for something a little bit different rather than the usual high street stuff. I was very pleased with the high level of service I received from this business and intend to use them again in future.
