BEWARE! Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Returns & No Accountability
I was genuinely excited to order from Dairy Boy, but my experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
After receiving an item that didn’t fit, I contacted customer service to arrange a return. They initially promised a prepaid return label, with a $12.95 fee — a reasonable arrangement I was happy to accept. However, once I initiated the return, they completely backtracked and claimed they don’t provide return labels at all, blaming an “AI error” for the misinformation.
Despite showing them their own written message promising the return label, they refused to take responsibility, offered no return solution, and wouldn’t issue a refund unless I paid out of pocket to return the item internationally — something they originally said I wouldn’t have to do. Their only offer was a 30% discount code toward a future order, which feels meaningless given how they handled the situation.
After several attempts to resolve the issue fairly, I’ve had no choice but to initiate a chargeback with my card provider for misrepresentation and failure to honour their return policy.
If you’re an international customer, be extremely cautious. This company does not stand by what it says and offers no accountability for its own errors.
