This brand is the BIGGEST SCAM 😡

This brand is the BIGGEST SCAM. I have absolutely no clue how they’re still in business. I’ve ordered from them twice. Both times I have received no email correspondence, no proof of shipment and when I’ve emailed and dm’d them several times they literally just don’t respond. I ordered a dress from them for my birthday a month and a half in advance. It’s been 3 weeks and nothing. I’m commenting on their ig but it honestly seems like they just don’t even have a customer service team. I don’t know how anyone ever receives their items it’s a joke? Save your money & do not order from them !!!!

Didn’t want to believe it but

I ordered before reading trustpilot, sigh. I should have realised something was up when they didn’t respond to me enquiring about sizes prior to ordering. But I knew that people were getting their orders - the insta tags and resells on Depop etc indicated as much. It’s been 5 weeks of order being unfulfilled and they haven’t got back to me. Aside from referring me to their email contact. Since informing them on ig that I’ve had no response they just air me out. All messages are seen but no response. Yet they’ve just started a sale. I would have gotten at least five items from that sale and I told them as much but they don’t care obviously. I’m getting sick of independent brands with clout at this point, some are reliable but I’ve been having too many experiences recently where they just think they can ghost after taking hundreds of pounds as if we’re all millionaires like B Hadid who can afford for that much money to go missing. May I remind you there’s an economic crisis guys. A lot of us put our hard earned money towards brands we want to support even though it costs more than fast fashion/rip offs because we believe in what we’re supporting (as opposed to purchasing from multinationals). Just seems like too many of these people who love to parade their indie status for clout give not one ounce of care to honour that. Taking money with no intention of delivering product, is theft. I suggest anyone who has experienced this to tell their bank and get a refund. It’s your entitlement as a customer. Ultimately if Daisy wants to avoid that they would at least reply.

My issue isn’t waiting a while, it’s not being given any response in relation to my query’s regarding an estimated timeline. Although, I wouldn’t argue with a customer who wants their items delivered within the timeframe listed on the site. I don’t mind being patient but damn, when people ignore you after taking your money to line their own pockets…you really have to wonder what’s going on in their head to justify such entitled behaviour. Yuck.

Note: Definitely seems to be luck of the drawer with this company as one girl reselling on Depop told me she received her item within 3 weeks. If you really want something from them and you can afford to be without the money for a few weeks it could be worth a try? Ultimately if they flop with your order then you can just get your bank to refund you.

Daisy if you see this I’m using an alt name as I have some unfortunate issues W online privacy however my order # is 6487. A resolution* would be nice however if one isn’t offered soon I will be contacting my bank =).

Lastly, the daisy daisy.tv trust pilot is still up and demonstrates clearly these issues have been going on for years. Even before COVID-19. Could that be why they rebranded? Not sure. It’s a pity. Despite the clout I can’t say this business is particularly legitimate or successful in terms of how it operates. But obviously we live in a world where success is denoted by how much $ a brand makes, regardless of how that money was obtained…smh.

Shortly after posting my review Daisy reached out to me. Told me the order had been sent but couldn’t be found, so they sent a replacement which I picked up from the post office today. Items are great (THANKFULLY) and I’m glad the issue was finally resolved. Last I checked they’ve ceased to accept UK orders due to postal issues. So. I don’t think the company is a scam per se however there’s evidently issues.

No response to numerous emails - they still have my order and my money :(

Does anyone have legitimate contact info for them? I’ve sent them two emails, both ignored, tried contacting them on IG, ignored. My order was returned to sender through no fault of my own and so they have both the dress AND my $400! I’m so shocked I’ve never known such bad service from a seemingly small independent brand like this - can anyone give me advice on how to go about getting my money back or even an answer from them?! I genuinely feel like I’ve been robbed.

Slowest Mail

Ordered a dress from them earlier this month(May 10th) and it’s still in transit of being shipped here(america). It’s been a month already, I expected shipping to be a lot faster, especially for a $300 dress. It’s shipped first class, which is the lowest and slowest priority mail. Usually I get all my packages from Australia within 2 weeks. Was really hoping to wear it for my summer trip, but I guess not? Had I known, I would’ve just shipped it directly to my hotel and maybe it would’ve arrived mid trip. (Side not- even With Jean is faster than them). Also looking at these 5 star reviews, I doubt they’re real especially with how almost all the good reviews are posted consecutively one after another. I’ll update this listing once I receive the dress.

Customer/lover of daisy from the start

Customer/lover of daisy from the start. Bought a dress and never wore it, took the dress from my wardrobe and one of the eyelits for the lace was broken. This dress cost $450.Emailed daisy several times and never got a response. Won’t be supporting this ‘independent label’ again. Terrible customer service.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. So disrespectful..

I have been a supporter of this brand since the very beginning - spending thousands in total from Daisy. The last few orders I have made, I have received no order confirmation for MONTHS (even weeks after pre-order ship date) and for already in-stock items. I emailed a few times checking on my orders to get no response. Eventually, I get an email back with a refund and no explanation as to why. I emailed back asking why my order was cancelled, and that I was merely seeking a status update, and got no response. This has happened to me 3 times, and to SEVERAL of my friends who have ordered with Daisy. It seems the brand has no respect for their buyers or their money. I love the clothes, but don't think I will buy again as I truly have never felt so disrespected by a brand time after time. They just don't care. To be clear, I have never reviewed a brand before and it feels weird but I couldn't not. Save your money and time.

Scam

Order and prepare for nothing to show up for months. Prepare to be completely ignored by ‘customer service’. Not the first time this has happened to me with this label. I’ve ordered three tops in the past and each time I’ve waited over a month for something in stock to be shipped, and none of my emails replied to. I bought the camo jersey a while back and when it eventually arrived it felt like plastic, you wouldn’t want to be near an open flame while wearing……. Don’t bother emailing them to find out where your order is, you will be ignored. Writing this review because I think it’s wrong to take peoples money and ignore them, don’t want other people to waste their hard earned money and get excited for something only for it not to arrive and for them to be ignored and made to feel unworthy because they’re not an influencer or whatever. Pls read all reviews before purchasing.

dress ordered in january, still no news in may, my bank has taken action and they have even declined chargeback for the missing dress when reached out by my bank.
They are deleting comments on ig, no use for dms,
Its quite a mystery how they are making a living and promoting this image and getting clothes on bella hadid when they do that behind. I am still in confusion of how that exactly works, as a stylist myself i am so disgusted of people like that

Terrible customer service and don’t fulfil orders

I pre-ordered a top at the beginning of March. At the time, the website stated orders would be shipped end of March. I’ve tried contacting them, but they aren’t responding. They’re also deleting comments on their Instagram page.

Scammed

Ordered a top from them over 2 months ago for a festival and it was never shipped. Emailed them a week ago to ask where my order was and they never replied. Instead they sent me a fake tracking number (when I put the tracking number into aus post it says it doesn’t exist.) paid $300 for the top and will probably never get it. So pissed off

I ordered a top from them in September…

I ordered a top from them in September and got an email saying it would be delayed because of covid. I was comprehensive and happy to wait. Four whole months pass and still nothing. I had moved from my old place since and sent them an email asking to change my delivery address (and also if my order would ever arrive). The only response I had was an automatic email saying my order had been cancelled because they can't change the address once the order is placed........
I pre-ordered it again almost a month ago because I just really want it, but I feel like I'm never going to receive it. This is just frustrating

I believe I got scammed.. I ordered a top month ago and my order never arrived. I wanted to follow up with the customer service via email, sent more than 10 emails through 3 weeks, and haven’t got 1 response.. i paid 400$ for a top just because I absolutely adored it, but seems like it was all a scam.. how is this possible..

Bad experience. Awful customer service

Ordered a top. Three weeks later it hasn’t been sent. Reached out to customer service several times - no response. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me with daisy, I’d purchased from them once before and waited over a month for my order, I’m in Sydney where the brand is based. Reading other reviews it seems like they only care about influencers and their mates. I just want what I purchased. C’mon guys, I appreciate that covid has been hard but my first experience predated covid and I’ve received plenty of orders from other labels in a timely manner during the pandemic. When that many celebrities wear your clothes and you have a cult following you can generally afford to hire someone a couple of days a week to dispatch orders and reply to emails, you don’t get to hide behind the ‘small indie label’ excuse lolll

Ordered one of their tops last year in sept, got an email in nov saying it’s delayed bc of covid but I was ok to wait. Still hasn’t arrived and so I emailed asking about it and didn’t get a reply, sent a msg on IG a week later and they saw it but didn’t reply. Messaged 2 more times and they saw and didn’t reply. Really worried it will never come and then I’ve lost $295..
