Order was never recieved now she has deleted her Instagram account after reaching out to me first. I had ordered stationary from her previously so I trusted her so feeling very let down.

Danielle Baggaley, who runs this business, is a scammer and I will present a police report to my bank to get a refund. She totally scammed me and as a small business trying to survive myself, I was completely let down and feeling awful after this experience.
Danielle approached me like if she knew me, very quickly she made me fall for it. I asked for an invoice many times but there was always an excuse, she is never at home or is ill. She has now blocked me and her page has been disconnected.
It is with sadness that I can see many people are still falling into her trap. I reviewed her a month ago and I can't find it, it was taken down. It is a shame. People should be warned. It isn't fair that our hard earned money goes to someone who has no regard for other people's hard work. Shame on you Danielle Baggaley!

Unfortunately I believe I was scammed by this stationery company. We initially communicated via Instagram, discussed designs and agreed payment, which I sent. Shortly after, their Instagram account disappeared.

I then received an email claiming their Instagram had been taken down and that people were assuming the worst. I reassured them that was fine and said we could continue communication via email instead, asking them to send the designs over as agreed. They replied saying they would — and then I received complete radio silence.

After looking into things further and reading other reviews, I discovered multiple people reporting similar experiences. Thankfully, I was able to recover my money through my bank’s fraud team, but I’m extremely disappointed and upset that someone would behave this way, especially towards other small businesses and individuals trying to support independent sellers.

I really hope this person is held accountable. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Sadly no item, disappointed and no contact after payment saying it would be delivered and instagram page disappeared. Have ordered previously so not a new business. No way of messaging or contacting. We as a small business are now out of pocket ordered 7th March 26

Ordered via Instagram after reaching out to me, order placed and money sent, Instagram page deleted, followed up on Facebook and Danielle Baggaley who owns the page was not helpful! I said was she scamming me and she started saying XYZ and refused to refund my money or complete the order. Have had to contact the bank to explain fraudulent transfer.

I am another customer left disappointed 2 months waiting now for custom clothing. I thought I was helping launch a new range and buying at a discount but after many failed delivery dates now I’m blocked and the sellers account is deactivated ! BE WARNED don’t throw your money away !!

I recieved a direct message offering a printed logo T-shirt, I didn’t receive it and they had my money for it.

She sent a direct message saying she’s offering discounts on certain stock as a way of raising funds due to flooding in her shop. In hopes of helping, I ordered a number of items to gift friends and family for the new year and it all went downhill once I made payment. From no response to ridiculous excuses, this woman left such a terrible impression. A couple of months went by, I requested a refund which she said would be with me in a few days and since then she’s just ghosted me - still no refund months later! Definitely a scam. Would give ZERO stars if I could.

Took my money, no order ever sent out. Now they’ve deleted their page

If I could give 0 stars I would! I think this person is a scammer! I have been waiting since December for my order and been constantly fobbed off with excuses. I have sent loads of messages, many unanswered. She offered replacements and refunds that never arrived and at one point even said her Nan had died. I respectfully left it for another 3 weeks but having read other reviews, I now think she was probably lying about that too. The worst customer service I have ever received.
I have given up waiting for my order but hope this prevents anyone else being scammed!

Ordered on the 3rd March, sent my flyer & business card details over and haven’t received anything. Emailed them & DM’d them on insta and still nothing.

SCAM!!! If I could give no starts I would! Kept asking if I had done my order as it was the last day for the special offer! Well there is no special order as you won’t receive anything once you pay for your order!!

ordered in January, nothing received, told me it was on its way and would be with me by end of week, still nothing, then tells me it’s not done yet as her nan is dieing so I then asked for refund, still no refund after 2 weeks. 3 months now since placing my order after constantly sending me offers.
I will be reporting to trading standards. Managed to get money back from reporting through my bank who are claiming from her.

As others have said, one star is generous.
Order not received, poor communication and just pure lies.
Luckily my order was small as I’m not hopeful for a refund.
I wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering!

Do not be hooked by their deals products never turned up never provided a design as promised blocked my partner’s account who tried to chase up order and continuously fobbed off or not replied to. Spent £50 with this business and never received orders a month on.

Do not use . I’ve used twice now and never received my orders . Poor communication and terrible service.

I honestly would give zero stars if I could. They reached out with an offer for a bundle to my small business Instagram - through the DMs - so I purchased. I reached out to inquire about tracking and they said it was dispatched - even though the tracking number hasn’t updated. I reached out a month later and requested updates and was ghosted. When I requested a refund a few weeks after they responded immediately (and rudely) saying the holidays cause back up, but earlier they said it was already dispatched? I try to be understanding with small businesses as a small business downer myself, but not responding or giving truthful updates is not appropriate. 0/5. Rude and also not truthful.

1 star is too generous. I wish I'd seen these reviews before purchasing. Received order. Items missing & spelling mistakes. Contacted seller was advised these would be reprinted & sent with missing items. Never received and does not responded to messages.

Poor customer service, no items received, no refund, threatening behaviour towards myself when calling them out on their poor behaviour. AVOID
