Ordered 6 pairs of leather shoes, the design and leather are good and this would have been a 5 star rating. Some of the shoes run wider in ball of foot and slide, the sandals my toes slide and hang over front of shoe, and the maryjanes , the buckles iritate the skin as the foot slides down. The pointed toe shoes may be tight in toes, but that is easily fixed with shoe stretch since it is leather.
Reason for 2 stars is the extremely poor customer service. I reached out to request an exchange for the too wide. Sent photos twice and over a month after reaching out still no answer from some presumably escalated team. For $340 sale I would expect better communication and service.
My recommendation is that you are better off buying from a reputable merchant with good customer service.

Do not buy from this company. None of it is true. Not real leather. POOR quality. Shoes smelled very heavily of formaldehyde and looked like I bought them from the cheapest online from China outlet. Wasn’t able to return them due to their requiring pictures after pictures - sent clear pictures with all original packaging and they just kept requesting more in order to process return. Multiple emails and nothing ever progressed. IT IS A SCAM. Don’t waste your money.

It's a scam with fake photos of a mother and daughter on the site depicting Daisy and Rose, and how they created business together, which portrayed the company as American. Poor quality of fabric and pattern on fabric. Women's blouses not as pictured and described. Fabric feels stiff and not like cotton and linen as described and no fabric label in garment. Look and feel cheap. Sewing was sloppy and pattern was mismatched. I received no invoice or order confirmation, even when I requested one. The blouses took 4 weeks to arrive via GoFo. I complained to their customer service in an email who responded take a photo of the items, why? They said I need to ship the blouses back to China, which could cost more than the blouses.

I ordered a pair of shoes and what I received was not as pictured on the site. I have had many many communications (AI ?) which after weeks they have told me to return the shoes TO CHINA for a review and refund. It its the most frustrating business I have dealt with. NOT the GUARANTEE as stated! Terrible experience, Stay away from this site. Beautiful photos but not true!

I Believe this COMPANY IS A SCAM. A THIEF. A Liar, and a perpetrator. Creating these online presence, with full stories, everything to appear legitimate. I believe they even write their own reviews. THEY TOOK MY MONEY & NO SHOES As I ordered & they promised to ship. It’s been 2 weeks & this website strings me along. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SITES.

These Daisy Rose shoes are NOT leather - they are plastic! And they run quite small. Don’t be sold on the good look. They are very poor quality. I’m so disappointed.

I recently ordered the Opium Flats and I’m honestly very impressed. The quality is excellent they feel well-made and comfortable right from the first wear. You can really tell attention was paid to the details.
I also had a question about my order, and the customer service was very helpful and quick to respond. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly.
Overall, a great experience. I’ll definitely be ordering again!
