Ich habe diese Seite irrtümlich für die offizielle Verkaufsstelle der tschechischen Autobahnvignette gehalten. Die Vignette wurde zwar ordnungsgemäß registriert, allerdings habe ich am Ende etwa den doppelten offiziellen Preis bezahlt, da zusätzlich eine sehr hohe Servicegebühr berechnet wurde.

Erst nach dem Kauf wurde mir bewusst, dass es sich um einen privaten Vermittler und nicht um die offizielle staatliche Verkaufsplattform handelt.

Auf meine höfliche Anfrage nach einer Kulanzlösung oder teilweisen Erstattung der Servicegebühr erhielt ich lediglich eine standardisierte Ablehnung ohne jedes Entgegenkommen.

Die Vignette selbst war gültig, daher bezieht sich meine Kritik nicht auf die Erbringung der Leistung, sondern auf die Preisgestaltung, die Aufmachung der Website und die aus meiner Sicht erhebliche Gefahr, dass Verbraucher die Seite mit dem offiziellen Anbieter verwechseln.

Mein Rat: Prüfen Sie vor dem Kauf genau, ob Sie sich auf der offiziellen staatlichen Website befinden.

Beware of this website!

I mistakenly believed this website to be the official Czech motorway vignette provider. While the vignette was registered correctly, I ended up paying approximately twice the official price because of a substantial additional service fee.

Only after completing the purchase did I realize that this is a private intermediary and not the official government sales platform.

When I politely requested a goodwill refund of at least part of the service fee, my request was rejected with a standard response and no willingness to find a customer-friendly solution.

The vignette itself was valid, so my criticism is not about the service being delivered. My concern is the pricing structure, the presentation of the website, and the significant risk that consumers may believe they are purchasing from the official provider.

My advice: Double-check that you are on the official government website before making a purchase.

This website is misleading and feels like a scam. The price I paid was almost double compared to the official Czech motorway vignette from eDalnice.cz. They charge excessive hidden service fees without clearly explaining it. I strongly recommend buying only from the official site to avoid overpaying.

Uwaga serwis pobiera bardzo wysokie prowizje.

Uwaga, naciągacze, omijać szerokim łukiem. Świat bylby lepszym miejscem, gdyby tacy obrzydliwi ludzie, jak autorzy tego serwisu, z niego zniknęli. Miłego dnia.

They are a fraudulent company. They pretend to be the official website. The vignet for the Czech Republic costs 70 crowns for 10 days and the charge 640 crowns!!!!!! I am trying to reverse the order and get my money back, The country stated is wrong, so I bought the correct one through the government website now.

Potwierdzenie zakupu wysłane o godzinie 11.33 do winiety zakupionej dzień wcześniej (była potrzebna już od godziny 00.00) - musiałem wykupić drugi raz winietę. Nie polecam tej firmy, brak możliwości odzyskania pieniędzy. Do tego cena 2xwyższa niż na oficjalnej stronie edalnice.cz. Jest to pośrednik który podszywa się pod oficjalna stronę urzędową (podobna nazwa, podobna szata graficzna). Radzę omijać szerokim łukiem.

This is scam. I stupidly purchased this in a rush. Its some clown based in manchester, uk. Its more than double the price of the actual vignette. I started chargeback and also will submit this to czech government to be taken down.

Nie przychodzi potwierdzenie zakupu viniety musiałam pisać maile z prośbą o przesłanie pdf i w końcu go przesłali co do opłaty otrzymałam info że taki mają regulamin tj opłatę za utrzymanie serwisu ODRADZAM !!!

There’s just a scam service that charge 100%+ of the e vignette cost just for “service” absolutely the same as on official edalnice.cz (590CZK instead of 290CZK). Don’t repeat my mistake, never use this service

it's not a scam but neither official e-shop. Their prices has extra fee - e.g. original e-shop edalnice.cz year fee 2440,- CZK, dalnicka 2840,- CZK
Coupon is valid but overpriced

be wary of extra fees: Ceny jsou uvedeny včetně eko poplatku ve výši 150 Kč za všechny jednodenní známky, dále všechna eko paliva pro 10 a 30 dní a 200 Kč pro ostatní kategorie.
