Got recommended Kris through a friend. One stop shop from sourcing, renovation, to renting.

As an investor based in Dubai, the main worry for me is finding a Sourcer I can trust as I live 8 hours away on a plane.

Have spoke to Kris for sometime and he has gotten me 3 deals now. He has efficient teams from brokers to insurance agents to lawyers , always on hand to help with any advice and has had build teams covered from Newcastle to Stirling.

He actually buys himself which is refreshing to see someone put there money where their mouth is as he’s in the process of buying a deal I was going to buy but on reflection didn’t hit my strategy.

Great lad.

Very professional service and stops short of nothing with attention to detail in deals.

Will definitely be keeping in touch for future projects

First deal done together. Hit the post a few times but great to get one over the line. Easy to work with and has some great buyers if you can’t get the sale yourself.

Onto the next 🤝

Kris is great to deal with, on the ball, fast responding and great communication has gone up and beyond to help and guide me. Will 100% be using Kris again.

I have had a relationship with Kris now for almost 6 months and he’s attitude towards his investors and clients is second to none.

He is professional, direct and works with each party involved to ensure matters are concluded swiftly.

Worked with kris on a 7 portfolio deal for a client. His knowledge and speed of implementation is second to none. Highly recommend.

Kris was easy to deal with and had a buyer within 24 hours for my portfolio. It was a seamless sale and was kept upto date regularly. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick off market sale.

Kris is open and honest, easy to deal with, nothing is to much of a problem.
Good communication throughout, purchased a property from me, would recommend him to other investors

Kris was amazing! He helped sell a property to one of his investors for me. Thanks again for all your support. Big thumbs up!

Kris was very easy to do business with. Clear and concise communication from the start with no faffing about.

Everything went according to plan (if not a bit better to my benefit) so I would happily recommend Kris to others and look to do business again.

Never seen anyone sell or buy properties quicker! Great communication throughout top man all round 5 ⭐️

I’ve bought multiple property deals through Kriss now and each one has been exactly as described, solid returns and smooth transactions. Communication has always been clear and timely, and I’ve found him to be reliable and straightforward to work with. Once my current projects are refinanced, I’ll definitely be buying more through him. Highly recommend Kriss if you’re looking for well-sourced, investment-ready deals.

Kris has a wealth of knowledge in property investing/portfolio building.
As a novice in property investing, Kris was able to provide me with a range of deals for me to select.

His direct approach sits well with me as much prefer transparency, so trust Kris in his information.

Kris does move very quickly so be prepared to move at pace!

Kris brought me a portfolio through a mutual contact which I happily paid a sourcing fee for. The seller ran into an issue and after 6 months of waiting it looked like things weren’t going to go ahead. Spoke to Kris and he was 100% cooperative and fair and immediately refunded the sourcing fee. Would definitely work with Kris on other deals in the future.

Kristoffer has been very communicative and informative with me in regards to my first hands off investment with him and his team. Very happy with the work they have produced.

I’ve met kris a few times and his knowledge is second to none and will go above and beyond to help, he currently manages my properties and more to follow, I look forward to getting deals done together and to help grow my portfolio.

Thanks a bunch big man!

Been following Kris since he pretty much started out and finally managed to work with him at the start of this year and bought my first deal. Everything went smoothly and couldn't be happier with the service. Will be buying more property with Kris this year.
