Nice friendly staff from reception to Phoebe the nurse & Florina the Dentist.
I appreciate the info on the diagnosis, treatment & prognosis.
A really nice temporary crown fitted professionally.
I loved the new CT technology imaging too (this comes from my vet nursing brain..)

Anastasia is lovely. Takes time to understand your issues and listens to your input when formulating a dental plan. Recommended

The staff at the front desk are always friendly and polite. The dentist himself is excellent explains what he is going to do before stating and always answers you questions in easily understood replies. A very painless experience every time.

On arrival I was greeted at Damira Petersfield by name and with a smile by the receptionist, Bobbi. I was seen on time by my dentist, Nicola May. My treatment was a filling and a hygienist session, both went smoothly.
I’m a person who gets anxious when visiting the dentist I have always found that the staff at Damira Petersfield are friendly, caring and very supportive. As a result I will continue to go there for my dental needs

I had my cosmetic teeth done in the stadio with Marta today. The reception was welcoming and helpful. Marta is always patient and listen to my thoughts. Very happy to be looked after by Marta.

Having waited almost a year for a root canal treatment when finally my appointment came, the dentist was 20 minutes late. No apology.
I explained that I am super nervous about having dental work done. He then proceeded to tell me that during the procedure it was quite possible that one of the tools can break off in my tooth and they can’t always be removed. If this happened then the procedure would stop and I would have to see a specialist. He refused to say if this was likely or how often it happened. Then he said he now didn’t have enough time to carry out the procedure. So that was that, no procedure was done. I have nothing good to say about this dental practice in the several years that I have been going there.

As always it was a pleasure to visit the team at Petersfield Damira. Bobbie on front of house, team Vicki and team Summer, were as ever, welcoming, friendly, fun, professional, efficient and a real pleasure to visit. Thank you - from Jackie and Andy.

I am a very nervous person, when it comes to dentists, but the staff are so friendly and really look after you. The dentist, himself, knows how I am and takes this in to account when I go. I now can visit on my own, which for me is a real achievement.

Very accommodating staff, I experienced an issue with information and prices given to me but this was from the call centre staff and not the receptionists at the practice, however the receptionist and dentist have been doing there utmost to rectify the issue.

I was able to get an urgent appointment and was most grateful. Receptionist was extremely helpful and pleasant. My dentist, as always cannot be faulted. Many thanks for your excellent help

The staff are always very helpful even when filling out the forms and putting patience at ease with the treatment I went in for a tooth removal and he was very good made sure I was doing ok and made me look a bit presentable with no blood on my cheek

I needed emergency treatment when a crown became loose when I was pn holiday. The surgery fitted me in on the day after the tooth became loose, clean and recemented the crown in place and allowed me to continue my holiday. The dentist explained everything he was doing and was extremely efficient.
