Long term damp problems in an old house
We engaged a Damp Detectives area manager called Matt George to address issues that we are having with our old listed house. We opted for a survey and written report prior to commissioning work from damp prevention specialists to try to ensure that we fully understood why the problems were occurring.
Very thourough survey upwards of 4 hours spent on the property, very well written up with an Executive Summary offering short and long term solutions and the expertise needed from specialists to complete the work. Worth every penny thanks
