My friend has the inspired idea to book Fran and Maria for my Hen day. As a lady in her 50’s I wanted a day that was fun but classy. They were wonderful, really made the day, everyone loved it from daughters in their 20’s to my glamorous mum of 80. I need to find another event to book them again

Amazing class with wonderful welcoming people. Lots of fun you don’t need any previous experience, very uplifting and confidence boosting. Fran is the best teacher, kind and patient, I totally recommend this class.

Fran is a wonderful dance teacher. She manages to make you feel at ease and empowered with her bright, bubbly infectious energy and effortless style. The routines are built up in such a way that by the end of the class you have this brilliant dance routine mastered! I absolutely love her classes and the way you can devote that time to feeling fitter and moving in such a fun and exhilarating way. Always a highlight of my week!

I love my weekly dance classes with Fran. I’m def fitter than I was before and I love the range of choreography we learn. If there is something my body can’t do..Fran is always there with an alternative that suits.

Fran is the most amazing person you will ever meet. She is able to make you feel completely comfortable in your skin no matter your age or size within the first 5 minutes of the lesson. It’s all about empowering women whilst having the best time the dance class is expertly taught broken down into manageable sections so it’s easy even for beginners with no background in dance. I’ve been going nearly from the get go and I look forward to it every week all the girls are so lovely and friendly it really is a safe space to be your sassy unique self ❤️❤️

I have a Chronic Pain condition (Fibromyalgia). I had lost all confidence and my well being was on the floor.
After my first session, I knew I was returning and I kept coming back! I always look forward to my time dancing with incredible ladies. Fran is so skilled when it comes to everyone's individual needs. Fran ensures whatever the level, we all come out on top with a smile on our face.
I'm blessed to have found this class. This fitness has shaped my body when even doctors told me I would struggle. Great class, and such value for money!

I would recommend this fabulous dance class to all ladies!! Fran is a fantastic teacher- bright bubbly and extremely knowledgeable, you don’t need to have any background in dancing ( I certainly don’t) and can easily pick up the moves- after your first class you are left energised and wanting more!!

The most fun you can have with your clothes on!! Never been anywhere that made me feel so positive about things. Fran is an amazing teacher and infectiously positive person who genuinely cares about each and every one of us. Oh and it's great for learning dances and getting fit without realising it's happening.

Fran is amazing. Her classes promote loving yourself and your body, while also giving a safe space to get out of your comfort zone.
