Terrible experience and as 1st time buyer I will NEVER purchase from this company! Parcel never delivered, lost by the courier apparently which is understandably frustrating for everyone at this time of year but whomever I spoke with through emails was a cheeky inconsiderate cow who clearly was not interested in helping me or looking into the order! Absolutely no regard for customers and keeping them!VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES! Dont waste your hard earned money on this site! there are better websites out there with similar clothing!

I've shopped with DL several times over the years and have always been impressed with the quality and range of vibrant colours of their items. Most recently, I purchased two identical dresses in different colours. When I decided to return one, I realised I was outside of their returns policy. I contacted customer service explaining I'd been overseas with work and missed the deadline, and they kindly extended the policy, allowing me to return the item and receive a full refund. Truly outstanding customer service!

Ordered a jumpsuit, after the second wear one of the popper buttons fell off (not an easy at-home repair). My seamstress repaired it and I wore it for the 3rd time at which point another button fell off. Dreadful quality and the ironically named "customer happiness" team declined to help. Do not recommend.

Edit for clarity. The jumpsuit was unwearable after the first button fell off and it took me a while to get around to paying for a repair. I assumed at that point it was bad luck. The first time I wore it post the repair another button fell off and it became clear it's a quality issue. Ultimately the product is unfit for purpose and I would not purchase from this business again. I hope if this happens to anyone else you seek a replacement immediately instead of having it repaired yourself in good faith.

Dancing Leopard is one of my favourite online clothing boutiques. I love their bold colours, designs and styles. I own quite a lot of their designs, especially the knits. I get a lot of complements whenever I'm wearing of their pieces. Also, I've found their customer service a top notch too. Victoria has been really prompt and helpful whenever I've had issues. I love the experience of shopping with Dancing Leopard!

My favourite clothing boutique. I absolutely love the styles, colours, materials and obsessed with the harem jumpsuits and have every colour in my collection. They are amazing for holidays and for summer and so comfortable. I always get compliments on my DL clothes and i never send anything back because the fitting is perfect and they always look fab. Keep smashing It DL tribe!!

I was suffering from a personal tragedy and was unable to ask for the refund within the 21 day timeframe. I explained my situation and was told each time that as I had missed the deadline, a late returns option of a credit note would be offered. As I am never going to order from this company again, I find that to be a little unhelpful. I feel the company has shown a complete lack of compassion and understanding to their customers. All I was asking for was a little act of goodwill towards me, but it seems that the company does not prioritise their customers. I asked to make a complaint and was told that as I had been emailing a manager (I was not aware of this at the time), they would pass the information onto head office. I would have much preferred to speak to somebody new and explain my situation in more detail over the phone, but this has not been allowed. So perhaps there is nobody at the head office, which then makes it pointless to complain. Terrible customer service!

I made an enquiry about sizes and was answered quickly and efficiently. I then signed up for emails for a discount but the code had gone in my junk mail. I contacted Victoria again and she refunded me immediately. Excellent customer service and communication.

I just love my Sienna midaxi slip dress in tropical lime. It was perfect for my summer holiday. I have had so many compliments. Fits perfectly and the quality is great, looks far more expensive than it was. Delivery was very quick. Love it so much I’m about to order another in a different colour.

I LOVE dancing leopard! As someone with boobs, hips and a bum it can be hard to find outfits that are comfy, flattering but also make you stand out from the crowd. I have many many pieces from the brand but was recently gifted a Fleur playsuit which I wore once and then the zip broke due to a fault in the material. Sara @ dancing leopard could not have been nicer. She organised for the item to be sent back free of charge and a replacement was on its way the next day. This amazing customer service is why I will always support dancing leopard and continue to fill my wardrobe with fun and happiness from them!

I have ordered from Dancing Leopard many times! The clothes are beautiful, great quality and fit amazingly! My last order I needed to return a couple of items but was struggling with receiving a QR code! So I contacted customer services and my issue was sorted by a lovely lady Sara within a couple of emails ! Excellent customer service and products! You can’t go wrong with this company 👌

I bought the beautiful Dove dress a couple of months ago and it looks amazing but I had a problem with the belt. The customer service I received from a lovely lady called Victoria has been absolutely amazing nothing was too much trouble for her she delt with my email promptly and two days later a replacement belt was with me. I will definitely be buying from Dancing Leopard in the future and would 💯 recommend this company.

I have bought numerous dresses off Dancing Leopard over the past 10 years. The styles are flattering, the designs unique and the customer services is some of the best I have experienced. If I have an occasion Dancing Leopard is always my ‘go to’….and, the dresses I bought 10 years ago are still like new!

I recently ordered two incredible dresses from Dancing Leopard and was absolutely blown away by both the quality and style. They're truly fabulous! I wore one to the Monaco Grand Prix and was stopped multiple times by people complimenting the dress and asking where it was from.

I had a quick query about one of the dresses and their team couldn't have been more helpful. Friendly, efficient and genuinely keen to make sure I was happy.
