5 star amazing customer service
What a fabulous company! Absolutely love the range of clothes for sale. I recently had a glitch with a faulty item and the customer service I received was beyond brilliant. The problem was rectified speedily and in such a helpful, friendly way. The continuity of just dealing with one person, Victoria, helped to make the whole experience seamless. I now have a replacement item which is perfect. Would highly recommend dealing with and shopping with Dancing Leopard. Fantastic company.

Great customer service. Victoria deserves a shout out!
I placed two orders and had an issue with the delivery. The items i ordered were lovely and a great fit but i also had an issue with a particular item. On both occasions i contacted Victoria who was efficient, polite and always resolved the issue without prolonging the outcome. I've purchased from Dancing Leopard over the years and have always found their customer service to be the best at communicating and resolving issues. Bigger retailer could learn a thing or two from DL! Highly recommend.

Good quality
I ordered the leopard skin hat and pvc mini skirt high waisted at fab price of £20 each in the sale. Quick delivery. Good quality product. Very happy.
Would suggest sizing up with clothes as I’m 5’7” and weigh 8st 5lbs and normally size 8. Ordered skirt in size 10 and so
long as I don’t put on any weight it fits fine/snug so even order two sizes up if you want comfortable?

My jumpsuit had fraying straps and Victoria very kindly offered to replace it for no extra cost. She replied to my emails promptly and the issue was resolved quickly. Absolutely love the Dancing Leopard brand and I'm also really impressed with the customer service.

Fantastic customer services
Had quite a few quality issues with my very large order (broken zips, poor stitching, terrible materials etc), but Victoria in customer services was fantastic at resolving quickly. I've been a loyal customer of Dancing Leopard for a long time, and I think this was just an unlucky example. Victoria helped immensely. I've just reordered and everything was great, so they have kept me as a customer and I have faith they will improve their quality control and material selection. Always super quick delivery and refunds process too. Thank you!

I’ve been a fan for years, the clothes are fabulous, and the styles get better every season.
I want to say a personal thank you to Victoria, who works tirelessly to help me when I order the wrong size or get confused exchanging a size. Victoria goes above and beyond. It’s more than customer service…it someone who can’t do enough to help you, because she wants too.

Not worth the wait!
I was on a waitlist for several months for the pink/orange/black maxi dress and was delighted when I finally got it. Wore it to a day event and quickly realised how static it was, the ribbon tie belt is very unflattering (and not like the picture) and the dress is so poorly made that it falls down at the back of your neck so you have to keep pulling at it to adjust it. Not worth the wait and def not worth the money, I’ve had better fitting dresses from SHEIN.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I ordered a dress for a wedding which i loved but there was a fault with the lining. I emailed the customer service team to see if anything can be done as I had a tight turn around time. Victoria from the customer service team was amazing. Due to the time restraints I panic purchased again just in case and shortly after that I received an email to they have sent out a replacement that very day to arrive the following day too. Victoria advised that I can return the faulty item and the new replacement dress I purchased and would receive a full refund incl all delivery charges. She was brilliant 💗

Very cool clothes
Made my first purchase through DL,I mean the clothes are gorgeous,postage was super expensive,ranging in around €15 but I got a discount code as a new customer so it brought the cost down to the price of the item I was buying,minus postage cost,anyways,I’m returning my item,so because I live in Ireland,DL don’t provide a returns label so do it yourself and returns are at your own expense,look I knew this but at the time of purchase forgot about charges on products now coming businesses in the UK but to be fair many sites seem to have that covered.So not dissing the site,the item I got was really nice,just not for me,but if purchasing outside UK you’ll be spending a bit more when purchasing and returning.So I received the item yesterday,returned it this morning by my postal service so hopefully the return will be processed swiftly
