Really unhappy with these cushions and…

Really unhappy with these cushions and the entire process of receiving my order. I order 9 cushions and then was sent 3 saying that I needed to check them before I could get the rest of them. Then I was sent 3 more saying that the remaining 3 were lost. I ordered 9 to make a sofa and now I’m being told that the order got lost and they are out of stock and I can’t get 3 more. The solutions I have been offered have not solved the problem. I still only have 6 and that doesn’t complete my project. I do not like the quality and they do not behave like the description states are far as stacking and not shifting on wooden floors. The communication and customer service has been so sparse. There are days between emails making the frustration even more. I would not order more products from this company and I sure hope they will return my 6 cushions for a full refund as this is an incomplete set for why I ordered them. Would not recommend the floor cushions. My original order was on 02/13 and I’m still dealing with this. I paid over $500 for these cushions and this process sucks

Your order included one of our newer cushion designs, and due to unexpectedly high demand at the time, inventory became limited shortly after your purchase. To avoid cancelling your order entirely, our team worked to produce additional units and arranged partial shipments so you could receive some of the cushions as soon as possible while the remaining pieces were being prepared.

Throughout this process, our support team has been in contact via email from service@daneey.com
, responding to your messages and trying to provide updates as production and logistics information became available. However, we understand that the overall experience still felt frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for that.

Low-quality cushions and deceitful return policies

The floor cushion “couch” we bought from Daneey.com is useless. The cushions do not support anybody that weighs more than 20 pounds and collapse immediately. They also slip and slide and do not stay in position. Moreover, the company claims to have a hassle-free return policy and I quote.” no confusion. No hassle, no worries.” however, after we contacted them to return the cushions following their “hassle-free” policy, it took them five days to respond, and then they simply sent us an address to ship it to instead of the requested shipping label, which means we have to pay for the shipping ourselves. This will probably eat up a good portion of the cost of the cushions. Of course this is not mentioned anywhere on their return policy page, so please save yourself some money and do not buy low-quality products from this consumer-unfriendly company.
