Recently had a hygienist appointment which included the airflow.

Arrived at the clinic and was greeted by the receptionist. The clinic is stunning and the atmosphere was very calm and relaxed.

Greeted by the friendly nurse who was assisting the hygienists and taken to the treatment room. Again, the room was calm and inviting. The hygienist introduced herself and began to thoroughly go through what the plan was for the appointment. I was asked if I had any questions and made to feel very relaxed and informed.

The treatment its self was painless! Didn’t take that long either, roughly 40 mins. Never have I ever had an appointment like it before. So pleased I decided to book. I would highly recommend visiting the clinic and trying the treatment. You won’t be disappointed.

I have been going to Danica Payne for many years for fillers and Botox, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. Since Danica opened her business, I’ve also had the pleasure of trying many of the spa treatments, as well as hair and nails – and every single experience has been exceptional.

From the moment you walk through the door, all of the staff make you feel genuinely welcome and so well looked after. You’re treated like a valued client, not just another appointment, and the attention to detail and level of care is second to none.

This isn’t the cheapest place, but if you’re looking for “cheap,” go somewhere else. If, however, you want extremely high standards, outstanding client satisfaction, and truly amazing treatments, this is absolutely the place to go. I booked an emergency deep tissue massage with Katie due to some serious discomfort in my back and ribs after a gym session which was also affecting my breathing. Kaitie really dug in deep but after the massage the pain and discomfort was almost completely gone and I could breath without pain again. The day after the issue had almost gone completely. Thank you Kaitie and team for getting me seen so quick.

I recently had the sculptura treatment with Danica to address my concerns about my skin. Danica created a plan for the treatment and it was carried out over 3 sessions. The medi spa facility is just fantastic and so clean and beautiful. Danica puts you at ease straight away and attending each appointment was like having a catch up with a friend. Danica is kind, compassionate and really cares that you get the desired outcome that still looks natural. Honestly 5 stars just aren’t enough. Every visit has been flawless!

Wiki did my lash lift over a month ago now and I must say I am amazed at the retention!! They’re still perfect. She was so lovely and comforting during the appointment and would highly highly recommend!

Amy is an outstanding beauty therapist who always shows great care and attention. She makes every appointment a wonderful experience and I truly appreciate how thoughtful and professional she is. Visiting her has become a special monthly routine for me, and it’s something I always look forward to because she helps me feel relaxed and refreshed.

Emily and Chantelle are both very talented when it comes to hair. They are not only skilled but also very genuine and friendly. I always enjoy talking to them during my visits they make the whole experience even better. I trust them completely with my hair, and they always do a fantastic job.

The receptionists too Aiyana and Eloise. They are always welcoming with big smiles and are very caring towards everyone who comes in. Their friendly attitude helps create an inviting atmosphere, making each visit even more enjoyable.
And Dancia as someone who doesn’t get treatment with you but danica you are incredible an open ear for me to rant to and just amazing!
