Does not work
I ordered this home colour a month ago. I followed all the instructions to the letter (even left it on slightly longer). The colour was absolutely no different and no greys were covered. So I tried again this month with the next shade darker. Still no difference whatsoever. I have wasted over £20 and my hair is exactly the same...
When I did some online research, it seems danielfield mail order is not the label’s legitimate company.

The hair colour has not taken on the grey areas at all. Which was very disappointing after spending the time and effort.
Following my initial review I was contacted and offered a replacement colour or full refund which was appreciated.
