Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Olivia was so helpful with sizing advice when I ordered my ring, and when I unfortunately got the size wrong, she went above and beyond to speed up the exchange process and make sure it arrived before my holiday.

Nothing felt like too much trouble, and the communication throughout was brilliant. It’s rare to receive such thoughtful and personal service nowadays, so I really wanted to leave a review to say thank you.

If all companies had customer service this good, and products of such high quality, the world would be a happier place! Highly recommend. I bought a letter necklace a few months ago and then recently decided I would like to add two extra bits to it. I asked by email, they replied quickly saying no problem with clear instructions and information, I sent it back to them (free of charge!), the cost to have what I wanted done was extremely reasonable - literally the cost of the extra bits - it has been returned to me and I love it! Overall, the cost of their products seem as they should be, high quality items, attention to detail is lovely, super friendly and helpful staff. Olivia helped me - thank you Olivia! I will recommend to friends and I will be back!

Whenever I visit the Daniella Draper store in Beverley I always receive fantastic customer service. The staff are so welcoming and the service is both exemplary and personal. The product range in store is fantastic and items are always well presented both in store and when packaged to be taken home.
I have had a number of my items for some years and the quality is great, the look is timeless and my items look as good now as the day I bought them.

Love both Lincoln and Leeds stores. Staff always very helpful and never any pressure put on to buy. Although we usually do!

Fantastic customer service via email with Olivia. I enquired about a paw print necklace following the loss of my dog. I wanted a specific charm on a chain that wasn’t available on the website and this was able to be arranged to happen. Alongside this I was able to send the paw print that I had received from the crematorium to be put onto the charm. Not only were condolences sent from the DD team, nothing was too much hassle, emails were quick and all questions answered. As a customer of DD for many years now I will continue to return as always high quality pieces, fantastic customer service and all personalised pieces I have suggested have always been fulfilled with the fantastic standards. Staff were amazing, helping me choose from your fantastic collection. I wanted something special in memory of my mum. The lady showed me different pieces of jewellery & the options i could have to make it personal to me. Customer service was 5 star

Tracy at the Lincoln store and Mark at the workshop went above and beyond to make sure an order was fulfilled on time. They know the true meaning of customer service!
