This is the first online shopping platform in nepal. And I found the service pretty good as it is the first one. Ut provides various ranges of products but it is really hard to know about the authenticity of the products. Sometimes the packages are weak and sometimes the good are not authentic.

am leaving Daraz after being a very loyal customer for some time due to the lack of service provided to premium customers and total lack of follow up and a returns policy where the client has NO say - You apparently do NOT require such customers!

I had ordered white spray paint.
Yellow arrived.
I wanted to return back and get a refund.
It didn t work they send it back !
Off course no phone number to talk with.
Only a shitty ai assistant.
Don t buy from Daraz Nepal.

It's been more than 2 years, and I have been using Daraz for online ordering of goods. Till now, I have never faced any issue from the Daraz team. Though there are some issues with some specific sellers selling unauthentic goods, Daraz is never to blame. Thank you for your service.

Its the best plate to shopping and his dleavery time is to long butt this platform is nice

This is a great opportunity for Nepal such e-commerce business is able to provide direct services to its costumers; however, this is the profit business relied on profit and commissions and most people would do ANYTHING to earn profits.

The sellers (national and international) and agents who works at Daraz are no diffrent. Be aware of your money, time, and effort. I spent 10 of thousands at Daraz's products and few items delivered (some quick, some delayed). Item that delivered was USED. Many items got cancel especially those ship from oversees and never able buy it as advertized.

"Team Daraz" the only one department for all matters. There response to address issues were unethical, unprofessional, misbehavior, and fake assurance.

So many Pop-Up but still best place to shop online in Nepal.

I opened the website feeling very bad experience, so ugly and slow opening.

Terrible app, and no customer service. Don’t want to ressolve issue, just wanna take your money.

Please do not buy any item from Daraz. I bought humidifier at Rs3700 from seller laughing budhha. It broke down within a month. This product has warranty but Daraz is not processing the refund and also seller is asking me to return it to daraz. The worst thing is daraz do not have custome service who you can talk to about your problem. Please pay few rupees extra and buy from real shop. I am filing police complaints against Daraz and laughing Buddha store.

Regarding this return and refund.I lose my 4200 amount in daraz refund store voucher.I bought heater 3 weeks ago during my pregnancy when it delivers came damage product where i request to return and refund in my bank account.I gave all my bank details waited for 10 days and more but refund was provided through store credit voucher.After i have done my c-section at hospital i came home and decided to use amount buying few products from mama earth even i dont need it i wanted to redeem my money.after selecting all product and selected to buy in cart while checkout i couldn't use my store credit voucher of rs 4922 it was shown only 150 shipping charge free so i tried to do it buying only one product of cost 800 where it was paid through store credit voucher but shipping charge has to be paid.But in account it shows store credit voucher collected of 4922 whereas i have used only 800 sum amount.I asked delivery guy to help he contacted somewhere in headoffice and was told i cannot get my remaining amount 4100 back its gone.This is so wrong and unfair where i couldnt contact customer service or concerned department directly and lose my amount unnecessarily.This is not small amount where ur refund takes too long and was not deposited in given bank details due some problem in daraz something and your amount is lost without using it.

Don’t even think about doing business with this company. They are scammers. Wouldn’t even give one star as they are liars and thieves. Avoid at all costs.

i order 10 days a go place order courier guy he didn't contact but delivery guy always he attempt failed 4 days same delivery attempt failed is not customers service zero service

I always get my product on time and get quick response. Daraz is best platform for online shopping

I have ordered pc and when it delivery to me but CPU is restarting with in 10 every minute and I have done return to Daraz but they told this product is working and sent again to me but when I receive again same problem arrives and also 1 thing delivery takes 10-15 days and return take 10-15 days and again return to me take 10 days and yesterday I have filled complaint now it takes 10-15 days I definitely know it takes 1-2 month but also don't know if problem will solve or not

Worst online company i ever knew..I ordered a baby tricycle and they delivered something else which doesn't match at all,completely fraud , cannot trust at all, Nepal government banned this company.

customer service is very bad. if you complain about something, they take about 10 days to followup. I had initiated a return order, the team didn't come to pickup the order. And in the daraz, it showed that my iteam has failed the inspection check and will be delivered back to me. This is how Daraz works.

I thought it was okay but recently I have very bad experience with my return. I returned the item , no trace of voucher for Rs. 2180 for so many weeks. I can’t get through to anyone to enquire.

I order the M.2 Nvme SSD few days back and now they cancelled it without reason.
