Very bad clothing. I expected more. I’ve bought shirts from small brand and make shirts myself that were made with better quality material. I really expected the material to be thicker. Very disappointing. I ordered for me and my wife and after one wash the shirt has wrinkles around neck and fading. After one wash is crazzzzzy work. I will not be ordering from them ever again.

Poor quality and only refund as store credit. What a scam.

@Smellen11: Please do not buy DarcSport, the clothes suck. I bought a shirt from there I wore all day, then I took my shirt off and took a bath and it stained my bath tub purple. The quality is shit for the price and they want to act like a family of “wolves” when in reality it’s just cheap clothing and the CEO uses influencers to try and make it look cool. Also, it’s a gamble on every shirt what size it’ll be. I bought a zip up from them in XL and all the material was in the arms? So it fit to my belly button but I had enough room in my arms to smuggle an entire TV in there 😂😂 Insane levels of cringe here.

During a drop, I was checking out for an item and it was no longer available…cool understandable even though with other companies, when a drop occurs and you have it in your cart it more or less ends up guaranteeing the item.. emailed them about this after placing my order with no response.

Their email response is always something like “how can we help you?” It doesn’t feel official, it never feels official, they don’t reply to your emails ever even if you keep emailing them back.

So I placed an order for two other shirts, taxes fees shipping it was like $115. OnTrac blows a** (I know it’s not Darcs fault for this but Jesus choose a different shipping company) they lose my package tell me to contact vendor for address change.

I email Darc, get a response “what do you need?” Again beyond unprofessional. Tell them the situation, no reply. I’m not worried about it store credit or this or that, I’m just submitting a charge back with my CC company and will place an order with gymshark or someone else instead and give up the cool graphics that I can have made in a mall kiosk.

One time order, forever against and forever telling others to never order.

Shocked to see so many bad experiences. I ordered from the uk , the shipping is very expensive but I thought worth it for the designs.
I ordered a pair of leggings a sports bra and a top. The quality is incredible and fabric of my top is 95% cotton so good quality fabrics used.
The fit is snug , but fits perfectly if you are athletically built , I’d say these gym fits are for in fact, fit people with shape and the sizes don’t leave space for a tummy or higher body fat.
My parcel arrived in 2 weeks , I spent the extra for tracked delivery after already spending so much.
Overall great experience

I decided to trust Darc Sport and placed an order from one of their limited drops. After waiting several days, I had to contact them myself, only to find out that my package had been lost. There was no communication from their side, which was already disappointing.

Even worse, instead of receiving a refund, I was only offered store credit with an expiration date. That doesn’t seem fair, especially when the item I purchased was from a limited collection and may not be available again.

Overall, I don’t feel that Darc Sport handled the situation responsibly. Losing a limited-edition order and not providing proper customer care shows a lack of professionalism. I’ve never had these issues with other activewear brands such as Gymshark or Onner, who always deliver and stand by their customers.

They loose one more client.

Le design des produits est pas mal mais la qualité est vraiment horrible. Le tissu est épais mais de basse qualité et au bout de 2-3 mois, la plupart des vêtements sont troués alors que je les utilise normalement.

Pour le prix je trouve ça totalement abusé de proposer une qualité pareille.

I ordered a few items for my husband all of which were humongous by the way. So I thought ok I’ll return it and reorder a smaller size. This was already a $200 order. I return it fully expecting my refund and reorder the clothes. Once I get the items I receive an email that now I have store credit. I try to speak to customer service to get my actual money as I’ve spent $300 at this point. They tell me there’s nothing I can do, oh and the store credit cannot be used to cover the $20 shipping btw. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

If i could give them ZERO stars i would. That company is a big scam. Even if they have proof that their delivery company lost my package in the US they will not refund. Terrible customer service!

Their items are way overpriced for the quality they deliver. Also I ordered some items by accident and when I wanted to return them for my money back they only offered a gift card. very bad company and customer service. DO NOT BUY from them

i bought a hoodie of 80 BUCKS AND they came with the little pearls all felt, it only happened when i tried on, i don’t imagina when i wash it, terrible

They shipped me a size medium in sweatpants and it fit my 6’3 boyfriend who wears a XL in sweats. They’re making me pay for shipping both ways $40 extra to get a pair that fits correctly & the only option is a gift card. Theyve been ignoring my emails since the product is extremely un true to size and will not accommodate simply free shipping for their product that was extremely deceiving. I have photos of these massive pants but I can’t submit them on here. Very disappointed I can’t wear sweats that actually fit me. I was very excited about these pants :/ I was excited to have some new gym fits…

We ordered last year and were pleased with our order. Ordered again in March. Package said "delivered". They use OnTrac (notorious for bad service). We have a ring camera and it was clearly never delivered. They do not provide a picture. Contacted ontrac and they said they can't help us and to contact vendor. Darcsport ended up ghosting us. Needless to say we will not order from them again. Hopefully the loss of hundreds of future dollars was worth not sending a replacement for this 50$ order.

Their “2 minutes free” was so disorganized, no one actually knew what would count as free or not until you were checking out. Waited two minutes to check out. Got a pair of shoes that they specifically said would be free and they were still coming up as $110, so I had to go back, unadd them, and then I miraculously still had time to check out with my other two items for just the cost of shipping. I used Apple Pay, it said oh sorry can’t use that. Tried it 3 times. By the time I put my card info in (for the 9.95 shipping) it said the code expired. What even was this sale because it was just a waste of time and disappointment for me

I really like the designs. Quality is awful
I bought three leggings and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM ripped in at least 3 months. 200 Euros gone for nothing.

Quality always top notch, quick deliveries. Had an issue with one pair of compression shorts so they let me keep them and also hooked me up with a free pair. Never had 1 complaint with them and I’ve ordered for years now.

My experience was horrific. Terrible refund and exchange policies. I was given a code for a store credit that does not work and with the wrong amount. Emailed them multiple times. It takes days to get a response back.
This company was founded by scumbags and people with no integrity that do not care about their brand or customer experience.
I am taking them to small claims court tomorrow.

Crap company. Shirts and NOT sized as markers. Way too big in the arms for a workout shirt. Hate them. All still new with tags less that 14 days old and they won’t refund my money. This place is a Joke. More reviews to follow
