Helpful service in any case
Good help when I discovered that one light was broken : a new one was quickly sent to replace it. In such situation, it was also pleasant to discuss with "Jack", instead of dealing with a nameless customer department.

Gorgeous floor lights
I’d been looking for bronze recessed floor lights for ages with no success. Luckily I found Dark Light and Jack was a massive help. Each light even came in its own precious bag! They are beautiful. Thank you for being so helpful and friendly.
